This place was saved on my bookmarks for quite a long time now and I figured I'd explore over to this part of the neighborhood to try a new coffee shop. I was instantly impressed by the reviews I saw on yelp so I figured this would be a no-brainer ! Came in early on a Sunday afternoon for a coffee and a light snack , opted out of getting a snack since the sandwiches were $13 bucks and I wasn't feeling that hungry. My husband and I ordered the same thing we always get a coffee shop, " two iced coffees with cream and a splash of sugar free syrup" .. I went with sugar-free hazelnut and cookie butter, and my husband went with sugar-free vanilla and sugar free caramel. Let me start off by saying they were delicious and creamy, but I was taken back when I saw the receipt- 17 bucks for 2 iced coffees was bit ridiculous, I mean they were nothing fancy. I even snapped a photo of the menu to make sure I wasn't going crazy, but the price on the wall was different then what we were charged for. Nonetheless, they tasted good. The vibes were great inside, lots of space and little special touches inside.. would be great for a meet up or working from your laptop for a few hours, but there are too many great family owned coffee shops in the area that don't charge that much when you just wanna grab a coffee. Like I said the coffee was great, but I just didn't see the value.
This place is great!! First off, the owners, super wonderful humans. The purpose and drive for this business and their goals for their business future are exciting and really cool to hear about. It's a working space, huge with couches and tables and booths with separate boardrooms for privacy along with a tattoo studio in shop and several local vendor spaces hosting different pieces of art, soap, and other trades. Confession time, the real reason I will be coming back not for the Picnic Sandwich. WHOA. It's like it was built and put on the menu just for me! With fig jam and cream cheese, prosciutto and veggies on toasty Dave's bread!? Sign me up. I enjoyed the tuxedo signature latte and found it very cool that they do offer mindful coffee supplements like Lions mane and Chaga and such.
We came to this coffee shop since it was around the area and honestly I'm glad we did. When you walk in they have a lot of seating options. They also have a huge space in the middle for people to use. There were people dancing to salsa music. It kind of looked like a dance practice or learning how to dance salsa. When it came to ordering I had no idea what to get, they had so many options and they all sounded amazing. The barista was kind enough to talk about the owners goal and why they opened up the coffee shop. They also have a lot of items for sale from small businesses. For our drinks we went with the Tuxedo mint latte which was white chocolate, dark chocolate, and peppermint. Also the French toast latte which had white chocolate, vanilla, maple, and cinnamon. We ordered large coffees which had 4 shots of espresso, we were honestly pretty shocked with the amount of espresso they come with. Overall the drinks were amazing. You'd expect them to taste strong because of the amount of shots they have but the other flavors balanced it out. I usually enjoy my coffee to be on the sweeter side and this one was perfect. The customer service we received was great, very friendly baristas and they took their time on our drinks. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their drinks and maybe some bakery items.
Such a calm, quiet little cafe with all sorts of stuff to do. You can work there, rent the conference room, play games, and they have a few businesses within that you can inspect as well (for example, a tattoo parlor). I got an iced latte and it was actually very tasty. They use pebble ice which is always a plus, and have 20+ flavors to choose from. The flavors and milk options are all free too, something you don't normally see. The baristas were super sweet and helpful too which makes the coffee taste better, I swear. I'll be back to try some more flavors!
Came back to this wonderful coffee spot after for a while didn't come to this area. I took my bestie here and she loves it! We love everything about this charming coffee shop, from the moment you walk in, with the open space for people who need a work spot. The service is amazing and super friendly. The match latte both hot and cold are excellent--perfectly balance and not overly sweet which me and my friend loved it! We love everything about this place and we will come back again soon.
Coffee shop located near Mesa Community College. The service was wonderful, the man that took my order was really nice. I do want to say that it is a little pricey compared to other local and chain coffee shops. I originally was going to get a large flavored latte and it would have been about $10 after tax. No charge for non-dairy milk. The barista was really quick with making my drink and I did not wait long. I got one of their fall specials the Apple Pie Chai. I really enjoyed it, super light consistency and refreshing. I do wish that the chai spices and apple pie taste were a little stronger, but it was still good. I think the main appeal of this location, is actually the quiet atmosphere that is set up as workspace. There is a separate room for workspace and there is a conference room. I saw both being utilized, and there were people on their laptops in the main café space. With it being so quiet, it is an extremely ideal place to work or get studying/homework done. Something I really appreciated is seeing their support for local businesses and non-profits.
Just visited Beanchain this weekend to get some work done, and oh my goodness, their eggnog chai is sooo delicious. I had to try it when I saw it on their winter menu. I'm obsessed. It's perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and honestly just so good. I'm always super productive when I'm here, and I managed to get a ton of work done this time too. I especially love their secluded quiet work space. 5/5 coffee spot!!!
Super cute café where you can work, hang out, grab lunch, shop from their local vendors etc. I was next door and decided to stop in for anything chocolaty my sweet tooth was screaming!! Iced coffee was great, got a cute little 3D printed bearded dragon for my god kid. But the chocolate muffin was horrible, dry, my sweet tooth is still upset with me! The 4 stars were for the ambiance, friendly staff, local items for sale and the iced coffee.
I have been here a couple of times. I love finding new places close to home. Beanchain Coffee has a very large space with couches, booths and tables to sit at. They are more than a coffeeshop. They are also a workspace for meetings and networking. Beanchain sells merchandise, hosts live events and have a tattoo parlor. I enjoyed spending a part of my day here getting some work done on my laptop. On the wall of Beanchain are some words of wisdom from Jean-Luc Picard. When I first visited here. the staff was very welcoming and showed me all the different items on their menu. Beachchain Coffee has bakery and food items in addition to their coffee drinks. I have had their Breakfast Sandwich and Avocado Toast and have enjoyed them both. This is a great place to meetup with a friend or just chill on your computer. I look forward to future visits.
They are in a strip mall with plenty of parking including handicap . Service is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, kind and informative. I came here maybe a year ago for a yelp elite event. I have thought about the Avocado Toast since then. I had it on the toasted croissant and it did not disappoint. It was as great as I remembered. I wish they were closer I'd be there twice a week. Cute shop and very welcoming.
I absolutely love coming to this local coffee shop because it is so much more than just coffee. The whole mission vision and values of this wonderful organization is really touching and I think they're doing a lot of good for the community. Today we came here for a cold brew and pumpkin chai with cold foam. The experience (as usual) was lovely and the drinks were high quality and tasty. I highly recommend checking them out.
This place is SO GOOD. They're sandwiches, teas, coffees, pastries. All of it it is so good. You can also see they care about their customers. It's not just a run of the mill crappy Starbucks/Durch Bros. I come here about once a week to get one of their delicious sandwiches. Next time you're there, try the London Fog tea. PHENOMENAL

First and foremost, I got my usual ice latte with oat milk and honey, and it was very good. For breakfast I went for the avocado toast with a croissant sandwich and the next day oats. Food was incredible atmosphere was very good and the service was spectacular. Love the mission of this place and what they are trying to do in the community, I say this is a absolutely a place you must go and visit, get to know the people that work there and what they are trying to support and do, and you will not be disappointed in this place. I've been wanting to check this out for a bit now and happened to be in the area. This is a really neat spot that is setup for a work environment if needed. There is outlets at every table and there is so much space! They even have a whole section with tons of board games. The customer service was beyond friendly and welcoming. I decided on a blueberry muffin latte and was not disappointed. It comes with oatmilk which is great and it really tasted like a blueberry muffin in coffee form!! This is one of the best coffee shops I've visited in Arizona! They had tons of creative drink options; I ordered the Lover (a strawberry chocolate latter). If you want to support a truly independent coffee shop with a good cause and story and good coffee- this the place! Had a gingerbread latte and a London fog-ish and both were good. They have meeting rooms for hourly rent and we had a meeting with 8 ppl. Service and drinks were equally good. They also rent out single worlk spaces. Definitely check it out!! read more
This coffee shop is a really good place to go visit if u need to work or be focused. There is a huge open co-working space. There are also a lot of great local art shops in here. They have a lot of great coffee selection, if u want iced or hot coffee. They don't have any blended drinks unfortunately but other than that it's a lot of options. I got their peach latte and London smog. The London smog is really watery compared to usual for me. The peach cobbler I was really good. read more

Perhaps the coolest cafe in Mesa! This space is a cafe, workspace, library and community hub aimed at empowering workers and eliminating poverty. They have super cool, free work spaces and wifi for the community as well as local art and tattoos on site! The staff here is super cool and the coffee and food are delicious. Their menu is pretty extensive including unique coffee and tea drinks as well as pastries, sandwiches, oats and more! Highly recommended this spot! read more

Get your chain of beans right here! Such a cute idea I love it. We tried the French toast coffee. I think it's my favorite I've ever gotten. This is such a cute place with a great mission! It's nice and spacious with plenty of seating. Outside of that, there's a library, work space, and a tattoo shop inside. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic about explaining their goal. I got the peach cobbler latte and my friend got a dirty chai. They also have different things you can buy from local sellers like press on nails and jewelry. They have a full menu with food as well. In the area and needed a coffee before the weekend starts! I had been here before just to try some whole beans and didn't really get a chance to try anything else. I ordered a blueberry muffin latte over ice - it comes with oat milk, but they can substitute if needed. The flavor is true to its word and tastes like a blueberry muffin! Great flavor and good pairing with the oatmilk. I also got a chance to settle in for a bit and take in the space. This is a fun hidden gem. We stopped by after an appointment in the area and it didn't disappoint. If you're looking for a spot to go get good coffee and get some work done this might be a great fit for you. My wife had the blueberry muffin drink and I had a caramel macchiato. Both were fantastic! One of the best macchiato's I've ever had. My son got a cinnamon roll that was really tasty, not the best we have ever had but it was really good. My wife and I shared a quiche which was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We will definitely come by again! The guys working were super friendly and answered all of our questions. What a great hidden gem in Mesa! This place is perfect reading a book, getting work done, working out from home, or renting for larger events. It's a local family owned business that helps workers in the field. Incredible mission and vision this couple has for this place and the community. first time stopping at this shop and won't be our last! I got a chance to try two of their seasonal flavors: French toast and candy corn lattes with oat milk. I thought they were packed with the flavors they said they were claiming to be without being too sweet and of course the coffee hit good. The space was open and very clean and the owners were there and were kind and attentive. we got the coffees to go this time because we were crunches for time but next time I stop in I'd stay and get some work done. xx read more

We came here for breakfast and I must say this was a cute and spacious coffee shop. I loved the library, and the overall vibe. The owners and workers are very attentive and friendly and most importantly the food was simple items yet delicious. We tried the morning oats, croissant and avocado toast, the boring sandwich with a croissant , and another one with a bagel and chips. We also tried the cinnamon toast latte, which I'm not a coffee person so I will pass on that. I had the ginger lemon tea which was good and I'd try again. I'll definitely be back. read more

If you're craving a sweet treat with your coffee, this place is perfect. We tried cinnamon rolls and they were some of the best we've had in the valley. The iced drinks have "Sonic ice" which I love in cold drinks. The place is quite large with plenty of tables for working or conversing. read more
I already had coffee today, but I heard a little whisper in my ear... "try Bean Chain!" As I drove by and saw this place! - I was drawn to the cute logo as well!! Anyways, I got two of the iced lattes with oatmilk and honey. Let me just say, I loved the taste of that espresso in this drink, it really shines through and blessed all of my taste buds. - I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO TRY MORE! The service here was so amazing and everyone was helpful and just delivering the best positive vibes! - This location isn't open on the inside yet but they are set up outside for a sneak peak of the flavors! - We also talked with one of the owners and this place definitely has a lot in store to come, and they support local business as well. Every time I come here I have a fantastic experience! Their drinks are incredible (from the humble cappuccino to the seasonal specials) and the atmosphere is perfect for solo & collaborative work. Tons of seating, fast wifi, and a mellow soundscape increase this teacher's productivity in a way that surprises me--two hours in BeanChain and I leave caffeinated & prepared for the week ahead! There are lots of good things to say about this new coffee shop. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners (David) when I stopped in. The seasonal French toast latte was great, and I love that they have gluten free pastries. Lots of points to Beanchain for not charging extra for plant based milks- yay! It's a little large and sparse for a coffee shop, but they've only had it open for 7 months, so that's understandable. My only suggestion would be to make at least a section of the dining area a little cozier with some bookshelves or local art. I'll for sure be back in. read more
I stopped in to Beanchain for an hour to do some work when I had some downtime before an event in the area. I appreciated the clear signage about where to order. Everyone working was really nice. They have a limited food menu and a three kinds of cinnamon rolls. I got a drip coffee and a orange roll. The coffee shop is clearly set up to accommodate MCC students--tables are separated by a good bit of space, free wifi, plugs everywhere. Beanchain has a lot going for it. The aesthetic was a bit off for me--would really benefit from a professional designer, but all and all a good experience at a convenient place to work. read more
