Marisa is great with kids, and made my serious, introverted daughter feel welcome and wanted.

It wasn't crowded at all and perfect to host a party. The food is surprisingly really good. The pizzas are made fresh there and tasted great. Michelle was super accommodating and could tell we didn't necessarily order enough pizza. She was exactly right and was able to get us in a quick order right in time. She was responsive via text message and always very sweet. She never came off frustrated despite my millions of questions. Just a heads up you have to purchase their socks if you plan on going into the play area! Also, the extra playtime if your party goes over is also $50, but honestly, everyone was ready to leave by 12pm because the kids were so tired. So we didn't need to pay to extend. The play area was amazing, and the kids had a blast. I recommend this place for hosting parties!

The indoor play area is usually clean, and there's so much for kids to do from bungee jumping, a rock climbing wall, playground structures, bounce houses, mini golf, ball pits, a mini town, and obstacle courses. My kids absolutely love it here, and even the older ones still have a great time. We also enjoy the cafe being able to grab pizza and drinks makes it easy to spend a few hours without having to leave. We have hosted a birthday party here a few years ago, and it was super smooth. The private rooms you can rent are a nice touch. Overall, it's just a fun, easy place for families. Definitely recommend!

I am honestly so floored by Happy Hollow Park & Zoo being operated for 65+ year and there doesn't…read moredoesn't seem to be any signs of that changing. This establishment opened its doors back in 1961 and I have fond memories of visiting here on elementary field trips. I now get to make new ones with my toddler.... Being born and raised in the East Side, I am ashamed to admit that it took for my daughter to go on her 1st Pre-K fieldtrip to officially experience Happy Hollow. To my defense, there were covid worries swirling around her first few years of life and being a first time mom, staying in just seemed like the safer bet. LMAO- tell me I'm not the only one who felt this way?? Since then, we have made 2 trip with her school and a few random visits on the weekends. I can confirm that my 6 year old is absolutely a fan. Here you will find: a zoo, rides, puppet theater, large play structure, & petting zoo. The zoo is quite small and although it is listed as having 60 different species, I don't find that number as being accurate. I caught wind of a new red panda being welcomed here but there was no sign of him. To be honest, a lot of the enclosures seemed empty whenever we visit. The rides are great for kids- they compliment younger kids due to the lack of speed. The puppet theater is always enjoyed- no only does it provide entertainment but it gives you a break from being on your feet. The play structure is always a crowd favorite where all the kiddos can run wild and free. [[Parents, this is your time to re-fuel with some much needed caffeine.]] Last but not least, our favorite-EST thing to do here is visiting the petting zoo where you are able to interact with goats and sheep. They unfortunately got rid of quarter machines allowing visitors to feed the animals. My child can literally spend hours here brushing and cuddling up with the animals- my only advice is watching where you step because these creatures will relieve themselves without warning. 4 stars. Be advised that parking is an additional $10 prior to you even purchasing passes to enter the park.

I grew up going there as a kid, and now getting to bring my own child feels really full circle. There's something so nostalgic and magical about it, one of those places that truly spans generations. From the rides to the animals to the play areas, there's just enough variety to keep kids entertained without it feeling chaotic. My child absolutely loves it every time we go. What I appreciate most is how it still holds onto that classic charm while staying clean, well-kept, and family-friendly. The food is pretty good, too! Special shout out to David for being super friendly and helpful. Become a member if you have kids, it is so worth it!

We recently hosted my oldest daughters birthday party here and it was a huge success!…read more I've heard a lot about this place from other parents but haven't had a chance to check it out. My daughter recently went to a birthday party and she absolutely loved it. My wife coordinated the booking and it was relatively smooth. When we arrived, the check in line process was a little shaky, there was three separate lines and the employees did not know the order in which to call people. There was a separate line for birthday check in's but not one dedicated person managing it. We were directed into a private room which was smaller than I anticipated given the headcount we had but it did the job. They allow you to arrive 15 min in advance to prep and they also allow you to bring outside food and snacks if you choose the MVP package. The MVP package made things easy as everything you would need is included including food, utensils, drinks, icees, arcade cards, no charge for outside food, socks, ect.. The venue was very big and has a wide variety of play areas that can cater any child. There are trampolines, sport courts, stunt jumps, battle beams, and a trapeze just to name a few. This place can keep your child occupied and engaged for hours. They also have a separate mini arcade area if your child wants to take a break. There is a center area where parents can hang out. This area is mixed in with other birthday parties. We also came on a Saturday which was pretty busy but I've heard that their Fridays are overly packed. Overall, my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. We also got a free pass to come back which I brought back my girls for another hour and half. They had an amazing time. I would highly recommend checking this place out for open play and/or birthday parties!

We were told to wait instead of leading us to our room, so we couldn't get the room ready on time for the party. Talked to the manager about that and got the time we lost to the end of the party, manager was not very nice about it though. Our server was overworked and forgot our extra order of pizzas, then our drinks, and was clearly overwhelmed. The place was cool, management could have been better. Party rooms were in bad shape, with literal holes on the walls. Much improvement to be made.

We chose a paint-and-gaming party with a Nightmare Before Christmas theme, and they were completely open to customizing the painting. If you want something unique, you're not limited to the samples on their walls, which is fantastic. Because our guests were ages 5-8, they even pre-drew the painting template onto all 25 canvases, which was such a thoughtful touch. The studio has a great backdrop wall for photos, and they even added custom birthday graphics on their TVs. Mai and her husband also helped with setup, and they were so easy and enjoyable to work with. We were able to rent out the entire studio as a private event, which meant we could bring our own drinks. There's plenty of space for adults to relax while the kids paint and game, plus lots of room for food. They recommended the pizza place next door, which made catering super convenient, and there's no fee for bringing outside food. I would absolutely recommend this place for parties. Mai and her husband truly care about creating a great experience and made our celebration unforgettable.
