Polygon academy offers a very balanced and fun filled summer camp. My son is attending the art camp and also going to attend coming weeks. They offer a mix of sports, academics and stem skills. They have tied up with 3rd party vendors for sports and chess. As a parent, we don't need to worry about may accessories needed for any of the camps including ice skating. It offers various options which can be rotated each week. My daughter had a great week of ice skating summer camp. Very friendly and caring teachers, who connected with kids personally. Security was great, one had to ring the bell for someone to open the entrance and very sign in and sign out was a must. Felt safe, secure and fun. read more

I enrolled my kid in the Young Doctor's online camp recently. And it was a waste of money and time. Because 1. it was taught by a high schooler, 2. It was just slides and the topics were carpal tunnel syndrome, babies in NICU and similar stuff. I was expecting the camp would teach young kids about different body parts, how to stay healthy..etc but it had none of that 3. the kids had use of a flash based simulation (which worked only on laptops and not on tablets) to do carpal tunnel surgery. The simulation involved using a scalpel and cut the nerves at different points in the hand and inject something. All for 6-9 yr olds. Which 6-9 yr old will want to do carpal tunnel surgery or learn about babies in NICU? All in all around $300 down the drain. read more

We sent our 5 year old for summer camp here for 2 weeks. These are the highlights: - Mr. Sri is extremely warm and friendly. My son came here for a week, then came back again after a break of 2 weeks, and Sri remembered his name and welcomed him with a huge hug. - This place is affordable, and Preeti and her staff are not at all money minded. For the second week, I made a payment only on Wednesday due to some technical glitches, and Preeti never once asked for it on Monday/Tuesday and they were cheerful about letting my son join without paying. - They have a good assortment and variety of activities for summer -They upload videos/photos everyday. Very insightful to understand what is happening in the camp, especially with young kids who don't say much. read more

We have been coming here for 3 summers for their camps. Their selection of activities continues to grow and improve that it can keep my 2 kids with varied tastes engaged. I am very impressed with mixture of outdoor activities and academics "Polygon Academy" have! My 6 years old son have been part of BasketBall, Swimming and Ice Skating Campus, by the end of all the campus, I could literally see the improvements in his skills. And within 2 days of ice skating class, he could independently skate! It's the best summer camp a child could ask for to try in all different activities and explore what they like. Photos and Videos of activities on campus are shared daily, so that the parents can see how their kids are progressing. Also, I can't praise enough for Preeti and Team's effort for being so accommodative, flexible, sweet and taking interest in each child's progress. read more

Ms Preeti takes personal interest in understanding needs of each student and helps in improving their specific subject needs as well. My 5 year old showed a lot of interest in ice skating during the winter olympics that I was excited to find a summer camp dedicated toward ice skating. 1. As two full time working parents, my husband and I needed to send our daughter to a summer camp anyways 2. Even better when it's of an interest outside her element. The teachers are all so very kind and helped my daughter feel comfortable as she is on the shy side. By day three, I caught her laughing with other kids and it warmed my heart. Ms. Preeti is very organized and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Parents were encouraged to go directly to the ice skating rink during the lunch hour to support the kids and so I made every effort to show up on the last day and was very impressed that she can balance, skate from one side to the other, and even spun around. It was awesome! Most importantly, seeing the excitement in her eyes and bright smile made it all worth it. Taught me that I'm never too busy to show support. Can't wait for her to teach me to ice skate. I will definitely enroll my daughter to Polygon next summer! Cant say enough good things about Polygon Academy. My son attended the summer camp and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Every aspect of the program is well thought out. The teachers are warm and welcoming, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the curriculum is comprehensive and covers a multitude of learning areas, the kids are friendly and inclusive, and Ms. Preeti is an administrator par excellence. There was also plenty of communication and sharing of pictures by Ms. Preeti to parents informing us of our kid's participation in various activities, so I always knew what my son was involved in and had fun pictures to share with the rest of the family. We enrolled our kid here for Summer Camps in 2018. We first signed up only for a week. but my kid really liked it there. The staff is friendly and they take care of kids nicely. So we signed her up for few more weeks at the same place with different themes: Art, Ice Skating, Gymnastics. For Art, Gymnastics,etc, special instructors come to Polygon and teach kids. Ice Skating camp was also wonderful. They take care of transport to the Ice Skating Center. I wish they also start music related camp like Piano/Keyboard/Guitar. read more

We love little champs!! My son just stated there few weeks ago, it is a really fun and enriching after school program....I am so glad i enrolled him there instead if CDC, which is super cramped and there is not too much to do. He gets to do Yoga, hindi , chess and much more. Earlier we used to struggle to do HW after coming back home, now his home work is all done, and we don't have to drive him to different classes. read more

My daughter just started the past week for an ice-skating camp at this place. She enjoyed the skating class as well as other activities planned by the Polygon Academy. I also like this camp because the teachers are kind and responsible. The headmaster Mrs. Preeti is very nice and detailed oriented - she even planned academic activities to help kids brush up on math/English skills. This is a review for the Little Champs on Moorpark in San Jose. Today my son attended basketball camp. This was our first time at Little Champs, and upon arrival, I was a little surprised by the lack of other children in attendance. I thought we were at the wrong place, judging by the locked doors and the lights being off. However, we were promptly greeted at a different door, and we came in to sign in and get settled. I was unimpressed by the set up which seemed hastily put together at best. I came in at 1:30 to check on him to see if he wanted to come home early. I found the teacher sitting in a chair while the other kids did some random things. I saw very little structure. When I came to pick him up at the end of the day, he told me some things that concerned me. First and foremost, he told me he got into a car with a man he'd never met before, and drove to a park. My biggest concern is that he was not properly restrained in the car. He is under 80 pounds, and under age 8, so by law, he should be in a booster seat. Not a blanket, as he said he sat on. My other concern is that I did not meet the man whose car he went in, and I had NO idea where they went. No where in the email that was sent to me, or any of the online literature did it have information about where they were going. He said he felt very weird about the park trip because they went to a place that had a building they went into that had a bed and a couch. Lots of red flags for me on that one. All I knew was that they were doing basketball from 9-12, and then "enrichment" from 12-3, which as far as I could see meant doing whatever they wanted. We will not be back. read more

My kids are going here since kindergarten. Very nice teachers (specially ms srilatha teacher) and nice activities. They teach stories on honesty, morality, integrity and some Hindi practice. The extra after school work prep for competitive exams (Singapore math etc). Good combination of after school activities like basketball, Bollywood dance, chess etc. read more

They have an excellent mix of summer programs that have exposed my son to many new activities like ice skating, robotics, tennis, cricket ..The place is run by excellent loving teachers with smiles and hugs .. They always are open to conversation and help personalize the enrichment hours of the day. I requested for academics and indeed my son comes back each day with his fare share of Math and English sheets. It's like one stop shop for fun and academics. My daughter has been going to Little Champs for over a year now. LC has a structured after school program where they offer Hindi, drama, music, math, and reading. During winter break, one of the teachers created an individual program for my child to train her for advanced math. They are extremely patient, yet strict when required. The other special mention goes to Ms. Preeti. My daughter was the only one to be picked up from her school and she was almost always the last kid to get dropped off. Ms. Preeti made note of it and immediately took action. She made arrangements for a pickup service just for my child! My daughter feels at home at LC and loves all her teachers and classmates. My son has been going to LC since last few months and he likes to be there every day after the school. The staff is very caring and understanding. He finishes his homework almost every day, kids get a fresh fruit and a snack every day,hence I don't have to worry about keeping extra snacks. They get to play outdoors whenever weather permits and provide indoor activities like dancing,yoga etc. Staff knows every kid by name. All I can say is my kid is in safe hands. read more
