I was getting my car serviced at Subaru up the street and the girls at the counter suggested this place to me. I Popped in and my first thought was that I wanted to take pictures of everything and post it on my story (lame I know but enjoyable none the less!). It was incredibly cute with lots of space for people post up with their laptops. the environment is very conducive for a good work flow. It was hard to pick a snack cuz they had so many fresh and yummy looking options. I ordered a dirty vanilla chai latte and a croissant sandwich - was much better than the breakfast sandwiches I usually get at Starbucks (tasted much fresher). It was ready pretty quick and I really enjoyed my time waiting to get my car! on top of that I was asked how I found out about this place, when I told them it was the girls up the street they were thrilled and mentioned taking care of them. Stopped here on Mother's Day for some coffee and banana chocolate chip bread. They had a car show of sorts going on. There were super cars from the dealer?! And a couple other cars. The Mocha iced coffee was delicious! As was the banana chocolate chip bread. I chose to get the bread cold. If I get it again I think I'll try it warmed up. This place is really nice inside. The bean! I went in on Friday to get some coffee before having to wait in the long ass line at the dmv. I drove pass this place the night before and didn't even know it existed. It's a hidden gem. I got their Guatemalan coffee. Dark and very strong only there for a limited time. I highly recommend it. Only four stars because I didn't order food so I can really comment on it. The drinks have become extremely inconsistent. I have had issues with them using the incorrect milk on my drinks multiple times. Out of the times they have messed up on my drinks I've only gone back to ask to get it remade (since it's not cheap) a few times and I have had really bad customer service experiences. I use to consider this my favorite place to get coffee and I wish the best for the business but I think I am done coming here for now. read more

Crazily, I've passed this center and even have come to this center to do shopping or watch a movie but I never saw this place until I came across it on yelp and realized I was less than a mile away at the dealership so I had to come check it out! Super trendy place, love the interior and layout of this place! It's hip and chic! It's definitely a good roomy place to study! The lady who helped us was friendly and answered all my questions I had about different items I saw on the menu. I came in on a Sunday afternoon where it was a decent amount of people but not packed and got a blended Mexican mocha, iced mocha, and Spiced chai latte! The Mexican mocha wasn't as "Mexican" with the spices I wish it had. I was tasting a lot more chocolate than anything. The Spiced chai latte was pretty good but too milky and cold for my liking. I didn't try the Iced Mocha but was told it tasted like a typical mocha- espresso, chocolate, and mocha. Overall, I was hoping for a coffee taste in the drinks and I didn't get it. I would give it 3-1/2. The only reason it didn't make it to 4 stars is due to the customer service I received. The barista taking my order gave such a lackluster attitude; giving off the feeling that he couldn't be bothered to take my order. The other aspect I did not like about this place was that they did not call out the order when it was ready. It sat at the pickup counter for what seemed more than a few minutes after it was ready. No barista seemed available either even though it wasn't busy. As for the drink and food what I did get I liked. I got the Mexican mocha with almond milk and the fruit tart. Both were delicious, and these will probably have me come back. I hope the service gets better though. read more

Went yesterday (Saturday) around 1:30pm. The inside was full and there were approximately 8 people in line ahead of me ordering. I patiently waited in line and was in line for approximately 8-10 minutes before I got to the front. Not a ridiculous amount, but could have been a little quicker none the less. I ordered one medium hot latte and one medium (dark roast) drip coffee. I waited another 11 minutes ( tracked on my phone) and recieved my latte. I handed that over and waited patiently for my house coffee. Other drinks were starting to make their way out so after about 5 minutes, I politely asked about my house coffee. The barista apologized and stated they didn't have any drip coffee made and it would be another 6 minutes before it would be finished. He offered an americano and I accepted. However, after a few sips the americano was way too light so I opted to order a Mexican mocha with an add shot. I know mocha's are typically on the sweeter side so that's the exact reason I order it with an add shot. So not much really changed. Waited in line again for over 10 minutes and another 10 for my drink. Not sure why I was shocked, but the mocha of course did not have the add shot of espresso I ordered. I asked them to just pour it in. I wasn't about to wait even longer for them to make me a new sub par drink. Lesson learned. Save yourself the headache and just go to Starbucks across the street. read more

This reviews comes off of visiting a few times.. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming. Almost a snobbish attitude if you're not a regular, "how dare you come in here". The food options are terrible and do not cater to everyone. Offer more than just fatty breads and pastries - that carrot, pretzel pack is a joke. First time into Bean and it's nice to see a local coffee house that has taken the time and care to ensure that your experience is one that will make you want to return again and again. The Bean team is friendly, attentive and clearly takes pride in crafting your delicious, specialty coffees. The pastry selection is amazing and from what my daughter and I tried, the croissants and muffins are fresh and taste homemade- our barista even asked if I wanted them warmed up (yes please). We had a Macchiato and cafe mocha and they were both delicious, perfect temp and without any bitterness. The interior is beautiful, clean, well-designed, properly lit with plenty of comfortable seating. The Bean team appears to have spared no expense in every element of the cafe- from the beautiful copper espresso machine to the high-end furnishings, artwork, and a nice touch with the vintage music setting the perfect tone for relaxing with family and friends, or simply chilling out with your laptop- very well thought out. Clearly, there was a significant amount of their budget dedicated to high-end Restoration Hardware furnishings- major kudos to the interior design firm and architect. Well done on the exterior as well, no corners appear to be cut here and it shows they are serious and here to stay. It's a bit smaller than the Wildomar location but they have a much better baked goods selection. The chocolate doughnut is amazing!!! It's very clean and cute inside. There are couches and tables but they do get pretty busy so sometimes it might be a bit hard to find a seat but they do have outside sitting. The selection is bigger here but I feel the taste is better at the Wildomar location. read more

The atmosphere and music created an appealing and relaxing experience. Qualifier, I am very biased on what one should add to ones coffee. There is one deficiency at this coffee shop, they don't offer Heavy Cream as an additive to coffee. Which is somewhat disconcerting for me because, in my opinion, heavy cream provides the perfect finish to their robustly flavored coffee. They are very helpful here: my sister found the drink she order too sweet and as courtesy they made her a different less sweet drink, free of charge. read more

My husband and I found this coffee shop while out running errands. We decided to drop in for some coffee and were pleasantly surprised walking up the ramp to this hidden little gem. The shop is beautifully decorated. It has a modern/rustic/industrial vibe going on. There's ample seating indoors and and a lovely outdoor patio area with a nice water feature. There's plenty of seating for people who want to stay a while to chat, catch up on work, etc. Lots of interesting lighting fixtures as well. I'm not much of a coffee drinker myself. The place is decorated so cute and has such a great atmosphere for studying , hanging out and talking with friends , and even just sitting and working for a few hours. There are lots of large tables for groups and a cute little outside patio area where you can sit if you'd prefer to drink outside . The staff is always super friendly and willing to accommodate any of your drink requests. One thing that impressed me is the prices -they are lower than Starbucks or any other coffee place around -but yet the quality of coffee is much better ! We have been so excited for Bean to open and finally got a chance to visit. It's very sad there is not any small business coffee shops left in the Temecula area. We have been part of this community for 27 years and have seen Starbucks slowly push them out. We can only hope the community will no longer visit a Starbucks in the area so that we can help Bean to succeed. The staff here is very friendly and personable, the coffee shop is very comfortable and up to date, the outside patio is really cute and I can't wait to sit out there with my hubby. This place really rocks! Its kind of like a modern day Perk Place from F.R.I.E.N.D.S where it's so cozy and inviting. The Americano was the best ever. Smooth and bold with no bitterness at all. I even sent my staff there later the same day to treat them to their teas and iced coffee drinks as well. Friendly knowledgeable staff to boot.
