All of which stared at me and my cousin as we walked in and couldn't bother to say at least hi. We were in the store for approximately 10 min and not a single acknowledgment. Shame is I was willing to shop and purchase several adorable items I had spotted online, but that quickly vanished and shared with the other small businesses around, allllll of which warmly greeted us. Shockingly enough, the owner posted a video talking about things they've learned in 10 years and even goes on about the customer experience and how a store "made you feel", yet many reviews reference the standoffish atmosphere dating back 9 years up until now.

The owners, like others have mentioned, are very professional and helpful.
