It's a traditional local town pharmacy were the pharmacists "wants" to know you personally and genuinely cares that you feel better. This level of service is something you'd come to expect from the local traditional pharmacy which no longer exists. In modern day society we have the likes of CVS, Walgreens, etc were your prescription is automated and you "drive thru" because those big box franchises are simply providing you an automated service. Get your medicine and get out our face! That's the big box franchise way. At Cure the pharmacist/owner actually, and genuinely, cares about your well being. How do I know this? My first experience was nothing less than absolutely stellar!! The pharmacist spoke to me like I mattered and when my doctor failed to electronically send my prescription the pharmacist went above and beyond to call my doctor to inquire about my electronic prescription. This isn't something I expected and would have done myself but the pharmacist showed genuine empathy toward me and expressed real delight in helping me so that I wasn't pre-occupied or worried about my prescription. WOW!!! Just WOW!!!! I haven't seen or experienced service like this since I was just a teen. If any of the Goshen locals are still missing the old Baxter family pharmacy that closed down, rest assured Cure is here to fill that void and in a profound way with care, compassion, empathy and love. This had to be THE most pleasant ultrasound test I've ever had, or for that matter any of the medical tests and procedures I've had. I arrived early, anticipating paperwork. I was called within minutes of the appointment time. The technician was very professional with a calming demeanor. I can't recall her name. The room where the ultrasound was to be done; reminded me more of a spa in Hartsdale, than the usual clinical appearance. Soft lighting and soft music. A shoji screen with a floral motif on it for privacy. Warmed gel for the wand to operate. If I have to have anymore medical tests I'll try to have them done there. I'm that impressed!

I was finally offered the option to speak with a doctor virtually which I accepted. The exam was brief, but satisfactory, and I left shortly after having blood drawn. The real issue arose when shortly after my visit I started to get requests for payment even though the visit was covered by my insurance. I continue to get emails and phone calls months after the visit, despite speaking with them and their acknowledgment it is not my responsibility, and despite phone calls from my insurance carrier.
