It was a little busy, but at no time did we feel rushed or intruding on her time. She checked our vaccination record and found someone may have in the forgotten to submit info to the NYS Immunization Information System. NYSIIS. Didn't know there was one. She offered to administer the missing vaccine; no detrimental effects posed or charge. Overall she is one of the most thoughtful, concerned, and supremely professional person I've encountered in a long time. An appointment has to be made online. I made the appointment and filled out the questionnaire for the next day in the morning. Pharmacist Ashely called me that morning, before the scheduled time, that the vaccine had expired and a new order was placed and should be in the next day. She rescheduled the appointment for me.
