I sat there for over 42 minutes, and they finally called me up just to tell me that they did not have my prescription medication available at the time. When I asked, when would they have it ready or available, they told me that they could not say at the moment, and that I should come back tomorrow...wtf? This is WALGREENS!! This is supposed to be one of America's Trusted Pharmacies. Dried and Sassy staff working there just to get a paycheck, that don't really care for the customers well-being!

This particular location is a pretty big space to navigate from department to department. For customers who haven't returned in (a couple) years, it has been renovated giving it a modern look which was needed pretty badly. Things were rearranged a bit during the process, but not too much though. Also, it's impressive to see that there are self-checkout registers at the mall entrance making the line move effectively which needed to be done. This should have been done since day 1 when Target first opened. Most departments are kept up to stock with some having very few products and also overflowing in spots. Of course, with it being a busy day, it can get messy with items on the ground, etc. Sometimes finding an employee in a department, mainly houseware can be a bit of a challenge due to understaffing. Under one roof, Target has plenty to provide.

The pharmacist on duty, Ms. Rodack, was exceptionally caring and professional while administering the injection. Trying very hard not to cause any undue stress or harm. It was a little busy, but at no time did we feel rushed or intruding on her time. She checked our vaccination record and found someone may have in the forgotten to submit info to the NYS Immunization Information System. NYSIIS. Didn't know there was one. She offered to administer the missing vaccine; no detrimental effects posed or charge. Overall she is one of the most thoughtful, concerned, and supremely professional person I've encountered in a long time. If I were closer this would be my "Preferred" pharmacy to have prescriptions filled.
