I immediately said that's a crazy policy. I'm not ordering anything from you again I will never do that. You have no right to have access to my bank account. Another question I had was why do you still have our credit card on file when we never gave you permission to have that They don't know. What do they know? We're waiting to contact our bank because both of us might have heart attacks about being so angry that any corporation would ask for direct access to our personal banking account.
