I can't risk their incompetence. This business is amazingly bad.

When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

I thought that I would make a small unit that I was only going to be paying 55…read moredollars a month but turns out I need one size bigger and Manager was not able to have me pay the difference even though I only used one and then there is the fact that the front office never has anyone in it when you call the facility you are constantly getting a call center, which is run by people that do not speak English very well and I am not even going to begin on the state of the facility. The front of the facility is rundown dirty not maintained well. The gate has been broken for well over a month. No one has come out to fix it. The main access door doesn't even lock and on top of that the manager is only here when he chooses to be. It is an absolute disgrace to any sort of customer service job and this company needs to close this location down and sell it off honestly, I will never ever ever ever ever rent from this place again overpriced understaffed horrible location if I'm gonna pay $135 a month for a 5' x 10' only to find out that I can get a 10' x 5' for $50 less a mile up the road I think we all know which one I'm going to choose. This facility has claims that they have AC but you won't feel it when you walk in. It feels like a boiler room in there there is no security and I do not feel safe leaving my stuff here overnight
