Great service and equipment, too notch!! And we got to bring our dogs! Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and very helpful

My second time renting from Beachside Boat & Bait. Great experience. They make the whole process very simple and smooth. The employees are super helpful and friendly. The boat was great. Extremely well-maintained and clean. This time one of my guests (I won't name names) lowered one of the boat's anchors, and it came untied. It sank to the bottom of the lake and we couldn't retrieve it. We were a little worried that we'd have to pay for it, but the staff at Beachside was extremely understanding and cool about it. Will definitely rent from Beachside again! read more

Unfortunately our tandem kayak was one of the old ones as adjusting the straps to straighten the seats was not an option. My husband tried to adjust the back for comfort but both straps were tied; he felt he was inclined the entire time which had a negative impact on his experience. read more

This was my 4th year of doing a family boating outing and rented a 15 passenger, 200 horsepower boat for skiing, and tubing. They graciously charged my credit card immediately after booking 8 months out. I thought you are not charged until you receive the service. But anyways this boat was not like what we normally have. It was equipped with a sink, an upright bar with 4 stools and plenty of storage. The description on the boat says max speed 30 miles per hour. Ok we can live with that we will be able to ski and tube no problem. Once we left the marina we were trying to get all of our things situated. We discovered many parts and pieces broken such as latches to get in the numerous storage places, the sink did not work, and last but not least this boat would not go any faster then 20 miles per hour. WOW so much for paying the price I paid for a bigger motor. Disappointing in the least. This is not a cheap rental. The boat had a mind of its own and would just decide to shut off granted this only happened 2x but still. Well I almost feel as if I have worn out my welcome with this place and now its time to try another facility for rental. Be sure if you rent from here they go through all the navigation, radio features, storage, sink instructions etc before you leave the marina. read more

Second year renting a pontoon boat for the kids annual visit. The boat was very clean and stocked with ice and bottled water. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We had a great time out on Pewaukee Lake. We will be back again next summer!! read more

I have rented the 10' pontoon boat on a busy Saturday for a birthday celebration on the lake. The reservation process online was easy and user friendly. After reserving I called beachside multiple times before the day of my rental with questions that may seem "stupid" and tedious to answer, the staff on the phone always took the time to answer genuinely and explain everything, I really appreciated that. On the day of our rental, we arrived and promptly guided into the office to sign some paperwork and then assigned a members of staff to help us. He took us on the boat, explained how to operate, do/don't, and even added some personal tips to enhance the experience. Everything was absolutely great, smooth, and easy. Thank you beachside and i can't wait to rent with you again!! read more

Great day on the lake! Boat was clean and stocked with water. Employees were so helpful upon arrival and so polite when we returned. Can't wait to do It all again! read more

We really enjoyed our time on the lake and BBB made it possible! The staff was very helpful with questions before booking (unlike another place I had called) and accommodating with four children once we arrived. For the cost I thought we were going to get an older boat but it was beautiful and big! Each year we return we plan to use them! Thanks again for making a memorable experience for the kids. Every time we ask what they enjoyed most they say the BIG BOAT. So thanks again :) read more

We loved renting a pontoon from Beachside! The pontoon was in mint condition and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive. We can't wait to rent again next summer! read more

We rented a pontoon boat and half way thru the rental the motor started to stall out. We started to get worried about not being able to make it back so we took the pontoon back early. We ended up bringing it back two hours earlier than our 8 hour rental. They tested the pontoon and agreed the motor was stalling out. We were not mad and realize things happen. The owners were not there at the time so we emailed them to get back 1/4 of our money because we lost at least a 1/4 of our rental time. The owners refused and claim that they had another pontoon we could have used the rest of our time. They never offered that to us when we returned the broken down one. read more

Having owned pontoons for years, we decided to go with the boat club membership . Friendly, professional staff. Bookings are a breeze. A large fleet of beautiful rigs to choose from.... and a Nice" heads up" on operating the pontoon. And an employee is always around to assist docking upon return. Everything we had as an owner without the hassle. As they say on"Shark Tank"... we're all in. Very pleased with our decision. read more

Rented a pontoon boat for a weekend tour of Pewaukee Lake. Boat was ready on time, brand new and clean. Launch was perfect (with their help) and the day was great. The group was very well organized and were focused on safety and providing a quality experience. I would recommend! read more

We've used this launch for a couple years now and it's always significantly less busy than the public launch on the other side of the lake. The only downside is they allow regular cars to park in the trailer spots so you can never park your trailer at the launch. read more

Our experience was everything we hoped it would be. The staff was attentive, and knowledgeable. Our boat was spotless. And we were even given a map of good swimming areas and what fish are on the lake. We will definitely be back again!! read more

We originally rented a 12 person pontoon for 8 hours in August of 2020, but our trip was cut short due to severe weather. They offered us a 4 hour credit to use this year. They were very accommodating and friendly. The pier staff was awesome and VERY polite! The boat was clean and ran bueatiful. Pewaukee Lake was great, little traffic (Midweek during the day). Our family will definitely be doing this again in the future. read more

Very nice spot to launch your private boat. Also, pick up a beer or two to go. The people watching and kayak rental is a fun feature. I'm heading there soon. read more

Fantastic day, helpful friendly staff, a beautiful fully equipped boat, everything we needed for a great day on Pewaukee Lake, highly recommend Beachside Boat!! read more

Service is great with friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars except the price went up a great deal in the last 2 years but the pontoons have not been kept up to warrant that price. The pontoon we rented had huge tears in multiple cushions, mold on the canopy and moss growing on the carpet. For the price increase I would expect these pontoons to be repaired and cleaned. read more

Friendly, courteous service. Great tritoon with 115hp motor was great for tubing. Clean, well-maintained boat. Four-hour rental was perfect. Will do it again. read more

Great experience, easy online reservation, attentive staff, explained the boat very well, Staff was at the dock ready to assist with both launch and return. Only negative was the swim ladder was broken on our pontoon. Very difficult getting back into the boat after our swim. We will definitely rent from this business again. Thank you read more

Rented a 15 ft pontoon for a work outing and had a wonderful time. The boat was clean and in good order - the life jackets looked almost brand new and the boat handled very well. The online reservation system was extremely easy to use and and the service was attentive. I would definitely recommend using Beachside for rental needs in the Pewaukee area. read more

This is a family owned business. You can tell because everyone is nice! I mean, shockingly nice and the place is well run - professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We rented a pontoon 2 days before arrival and had to change our reservation. They handled our requests without any problems. When we arrived 30 min early, they had our boat ready. They send you off with a complimentary case of water in an ice filled cooler. Nice! The young men who provided instructions were very professional considering their age. We rented the pontoon for 8 hours. 4 hours later, we wanted to rent a tube. I highly recommend a tube. The kids all loved it! The lake is not huge, but also not busy with a lot of boaters. It was perfect for us. Beachside Boat is top notch too. The rental was very reasonable at under $350 plus $40 for the tube. The pontoon was less than a year old, very clean and totally fun. We will be back, for sure! read more

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great the boats are clean and the experience is priceless.

Staff was super friendly and helpful both when we checked in and when we were finished. We rented a 10 passenger pontoon boat and it was clean and easy to maneuver. We had a great time cruising the lake and fishing! The staff also gave us a map to show us where to go fishing based on which type of fish we wanted to catch. I would highly recommend this place for rental needs. read more

This was our first rental with BeacHside and they were fantastic from start to finish. It was easy to reserve. The boat was beautiful (seemed brand new)! The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. We rented the 12 person pontoon for 8 people - 2 families with 4 teenagers. It was just the right size for us since we brought lots of towels and water inflatables and food. I wouldn't go smaller than that. Pewaukee Lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed swimming. The water was the perfect temperature (early July) and we just had to move the boat once or twice to avoid the weeds in shallower water. Not a big deal-lots of great places to stop and swim. The whole experience was wonderful and worth the money. We plan to do it again. read more

Never having rented a boat before I had no idea what to expect, and this place has set the bar very high for future rentals! All staff were very friendly and they upgraded us for free. Our boat was super clean and well maintained. We rented the pontoon boat and it it came with a fully loaded cooler with ice and waters, also provided was paper towels, paper plates and cups. The staff went through all the safety features and told us places on the lake to watch out for, they helped launch the boat and bring us back in. All in all it was a fantastic day on Pewaukee Lake. We are looking forward to our next rental with Beachside Boat & Bait! read more

This a great place to rent a pontoon. Friendly, helpful employees. Really nice boats. Reasonable rates

We had a great experience at Beachside! The boat was in great shape, very clean and plenty of power (115HP), a bimini top and surprise extras such as a cooler filled with ice and water bottles as well as plates, napkins, plasticware and a first aid kit. They were also flexible when we had to change our reservation to another day due to expected bad weather. The lake is great too! read more
