We had never heard of this store until my husband was doing a search on Facebook for places that had sofas for RVs. I had recently had surgery, and needed a sofa, or two chairs, that had electric foot rests. It needed to be a specific size for our camper. When we met Lucas, he really was listening to what we wanted. I was using a walker, and he was so kind to make sure I was comfortable. He showed us so many options, and dragged them to electric outlets so we could try them out. He answered all of our questions and really knew the products. We ended up buying a new sofa and two chairs for our camper. They were exactly what we needed. We were able to go home and pick up our trailer to pick up our items. We also wandered around the store a lot and found so many things that we were happy to see that they carried. Those weird parts that are hard to find, fun items that you don't need, but really want, and other things we didn't know we needed or wanted. We will definitely be returning to the store. Lucas, thank you for being amazing, and dealing with people who had very specific needs.

I had to park my boat somewhere else when it arrived because it wouldn't go on lift. After having to move lift further out ourselves, we put the boat on it. Then a cable snapped and ripped through our brand new lift. My husband and I saw a crew members after who wasn't even an employee pull a piece out and spent about 10 minutes trying to put it back. It was a pin that holds a pully for the cable to ride on. When he put pin back, the pully was not in place and was inside the tube. I let them know what happened. They said they don't service my lift brand and that's not how they adjust the legs. I know that's not how they should adjust legs but it's what this inexperienced mad did. It caused about $1,800 in damage to my lift. And then they wanted us to pay for them putting out lift in. When we refused, they sued us. Beware. The owner never contacted me either. He has his office manager email me.

After reserving I called beachside multiple times before the day of my rental with questions that may seem "stupid" and tedious to answer, the staff on the phone always took the time to answer genuinely and explain everything, I really appreciated that. On the day of our rental, we arrived and promptly guided into the office to sign some paperwork and then assigned a members of staff to help us. He took us on the boat, explained how to operate, do/don't, and even added some personal tips to enhance the experience. Everything was absolutely great, smooth, and easy. Extremely well-maintained and clean. This time one of my guests (I won't name names) lowered one of the boat's anchors, and it came untied. It sank to the bottom of the lake and we couldn't retrieve it. We were a little worried that we'd have to pay for it, but the staff at Beachside was extremely understanding and cool about it. Will definitely rent from Beachside again!
