They care about their customers and it shows in their workmanship. PS, I previously owned a different camper bought at a different dealer, but took it to Scenic for annual maintenance. In other words, they were servicing something I did not purchase from them. They treated me as well as they are now treating me...which is indicative of the reason why I decided to purchase from them this year. They are the best!

Finally, two years ago I gave in and bought a new Salem Forest River from Scenic. Sales department was great but there service department leaves a lot to be desired. Called last week on this new trailer because in 2 weeks time, the ac unit quit working, the stereo system died and we had a LP gas smell. Took two days to get on site even though we were staying at trailer. Service man confirmed ac needs to be replaced, could not attempt to fix stereo system, and found a stove valve open, but did not check further. Later that day, gas smell returned and we found out that the heater gas valve is bad which should have been checked during visit, but they were in too big of a hurry to replace another ac unit in our campground to do a thorough check.. Obviously no warranty at this point in time. I am now purchasing the ac unit direct for $480 when they quoted me $800 for exact unit. Wanted additional $200 to install when it takes about 20 minutes ( 4 bolts to remove and replace). Never again will I purchase or have any service done by this company. I dropped my canvas off and was told it was about a two-week turnaround, which was fine for me as long as I got it back before fall. After just over two weeks, I received a call to come and get it back, so I made the approximately 45-minute trek. And it was worth it! I was quoted a minimum cost but ended up paying 1/2 half of that; I guess the damage looked worse to me than those who worked on it. I didn't take any photos of the area before work, but it was several small areas that were gnawed through and one larger one. When I got it back, I had to lay it fully out to find the repairs, and they are neat and clean. Some were reinforced with large patches, while others were less needy. I am so pleased and grateful for this quality work.

The repairs were completed when promised, and thorough work was performed. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs! They were honest, and helpful in getting us back on the road. Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them.
