Wednesday I went there to tell them about a suspected brake issue; Lance, the owner, remembered me and we made an appointment for yesterday to have him look at the brakes. Yes, brakes and rotors needed immediate replacement and he and his staff did it right away. Wow. I was absolutely blown away by their quick, professional action, and the price was on target; but to me, knowing from many past experiences with Lance that I could trust him was even more important. They did a very good job doing my metal fabrication work for my car but they didn't put my shocks…read moreon my vehicle that I paid them for to put on as well and I was charged extra for them to hookup my air hose line for my shocks but when I asked Mike did they put my shocks on when I came to pick up my car he said yes even though my back end was still sitting low to the ground I didn't think nothing of until about a few weeks ago I had someone do my brakes in the back and he pointed out earlier to me hey I thought you had your back shocks put on I said I did but when I checked them my new shocks was not put on so I went to Mike about my shocks and he said that he was there when they put them on I told him well they must have took them off when he left because my shocks that I paid for was not put on and the response that I got was why didn't you tell me about this before and I said I just noticed it when I had my mechanic do my brakes we continued to go back and forth but never ever said that since my mechanic didn't put it on like said just bring the car in and let me check it out and satisfy your concerns about your shocks not put I'll put you some brand new shocks on your vehicle since you brought them in and wasn't put on your vehicle he decided to hang up on me!
