The new location was quietly opened on 11/19/2025 - thank you Olive Tree Greek Grill for finally…read moregiving the city a restaurant that has enough seats where many can sit and enjoy the fresh air, in just about every configuration one could need. It was inspired by the experience of coming upon and through the components of a Greek village and eventually making it into the big city of Athens. You can definitely feel that, but especially in the evening. The quality of the food and the space in which it is prepared and served in, are now commensurate. If you liked their family recipes from the original Old Olive Tree sit-down restaurant in Long Island, which were tweaked only slightly for the fast-casual The Avenue Viera location in Florida - then you should love how their new executive chef - Chef Andres, and his team, with their new equipment, have refined them with the family even more. Old favorites, and new dishes coming soon. The Beer & Wine of their original location has expanded into a full bar with robust beer & wine options. And...when the fine-dining restaurant opens upstairs, that will be next level - as the chef consultant from Greece has a 2* Michelin pedigree and Chef Andres (who also has a DC Michelin-level pedigree) studied with him in Athens last year to develop the new menu. I've been blessed to work on projects with Michelin chefs, we are very lucky to have that level of talent in Brevard again. The mixologist Tori has been concocting some amazing creations and sourcing brilliant spirits from Greece to build them. I can see drinks on the lawn being a popular thing there. It has its own 'entrance' so will be perfect for private events as well. And there will be the Greek bakaliko Market too - with beautiful products sourced from the familial homeland. Viera is lucky to have this and other new venues. For years we have come from Beachside south, and I know people that make the drive from south of Palm Bay and Vero Beach. To the north, from Titusville. Prices have always been fair for the quality of ingredients and the portions. I have never walked away hungry, ever. I personally am not bothered by the card processing fees if I choose to use a card. These card processing fees are exorbitant to the merchant, and although they too do not like them, they are to be expected nowadays to be passed on. Some of the POS systems embed them in your bill and others line-item them. This new system is line-iteming them, so I don't fault the restaurant for that. I am willing to pay a little extra for an outside seat and a pleasant space, as opposed to being claustrophobic. And the service? The staff has been increased greatly with additional front-of-house staff being added into the mix. We are always greeted by name when we go, and if it's someone we don't know, we are greeted with a smile. You can tell that the staff love their new environs. Robots speaking Greek with English translations replaced runners - and the runners were then retrained as attendants in the dining room, counter and expo. Total upgrade for everyone. It's quite pleasant having a dining attendant as opposed to a server. They never made you feel rushed but always made sure discreetly that you had what you needed. Very interesting way to reinvent fast-casual! If you don't enjoy the place, even just nursing a frappe and eating your way through layers of baklava, or you're enjoying one of Tori's cocktails with some delicious mezethes - you are really missing out! Kali Orexi!

Service was good and the people were nice. It's in a really nice outdoor demolish type environment and the ambience is nice surrounding. Whatever is lacking from the side of a fast food place makes up in the deliciousness of the food and the amount they give you. One plate can definitely feed two people

Not horrible, not great. I liked the ambiance and had high hopes that the food would be something I would want to come back to again and again. I had the Greek gyro platter, because I love gyro meat and it's a good test dish. The tzatziki was good, they gyro pretty average and could have been a lot hotter. I was excited to see Greek peas on the menu, but they were quite bland with no discernible seasoning and could have been hotter too. My husband had a falafel sandwich. He thought the falafel itself was pretty good but felt the same way about the peas. Not sure that we feel comfortable coming back and trying the octopus and lamb chops. The high point of the meal was being offered a to go cup of Diet Coke.

First when walking in I always remember when this was a Holliday House. They have changed much regarding the atmosphere but kept the layout. The previous buffet layout is used for their Su day brunch buffet. We were sat a a table by a very pleasant young man and then meet our server Nico who was wonderful. He will explain any and all Greek food if you are confused at all. He did this several times with many new patrons arrived at other tables. Started with the Greek coffee - very good. My wife had a burger with Greek green beans but I had the Gyro platter with the lemon potatoes and Greek peas . Plenty of food and delicious . A pleasure to visit. Delicious food Fun ambiance

Everything we ordered tasted great. The Greek salad was fresh and loaded with plentiful toppings. I liked that they shred the lettuce finely, and that house made dressing was *chefs kiss* wonderful. I ordered a bowl of the clam chowder and honestly, that has to be top 3 clam chowder's I've had, and that's saying a lot considering I've had a lot of clam chowder up in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. That soup did not come out of a can; it tasted homemade and really delicious. I'd definitely have that again, no questions asked. I was surprised to find that the pizza is Greek style, we ordered a small cheese, and it was great! They're not stingy with the cheese that's for sure. Service was great, and the food came out in a timely fashion. I'm definitely going to bring my family here when they come to visit.
