Terrible DO NOT USE THEM! I placed an order and the MP3 payer arrived . I Opened the product to charge it before wrapping the gift for my son. When it powered on the Screen was cracked. I have been trying to contact someone for the last 2 hours and when someone finally answered, the line got disconnected. I am still on hold and Im very upset. Do not use this company. Products and customer service is TERRIBLE. read more

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They charged my credit card without my consent by creating an order that I was never aware of. I don't know how's this different from credit card fraud. Now I am wasting my time filing complaints, contacting my bank, learning how to file on small claims court. Should've looked at reviews before I buy. And definitely shouldn't have left my credit card info. read more

do not buy from here, they lured people with $15 gift for "honest" review but you cant use the $15 unless you spend more money since you cant buy anything on a single item is under $15, even if your cart is more than $15 it say coupon does not apply - i dont think its right that they do this- if there is a gift card then just leave it alone without caveat - honesty is the best policy and customer service follows read more

got the product in a decent time frame but was asked to write a review for a $15 gift card and then got ignored after I did it.

Having the part I needed for my camera and quick delivery at a great price is worth a 5 star review. I hope they have what you need.

I ordered a DJI Ronin S during Black Friday sales 2019. It never arrived so after 2 weeks I asked for a replacement. Without a word they just refunded my money. Now I have missed the Black Friday price and it's $80 more expensive (oh and they still have stock). FedEx says it was never even shipped, just 'Label Created' Not recommended at all read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They sell used items as "Open Box", that come with no warranty, no charger, no manuals. Customer service is horrible and rude and will offer no help to resolve any situation. Terrible scam company that should be avoided at all costs. When it seems too good to be true, it likely is. Their "open box" items are just used products you can get cheaper on Eaby. read more

I purchased 6 "new" Google Nest E thermostats. One was immediately defective, so I called Google who were able to determine by the unit's serial number that it was purchased from a retailer over 2 yrs ago, returned as defective, and out of warranty. Fortunately Google is sending me a brand new unit. read more

Very happy with my Tamron lens. The price was right and it should become my primary glass.

I did my research and knew what brand and model I wanted. Then I started searching for the most competitive pricing which, of course, requires free shipping. I found not only what I wanted at Beach Camera but they offered the next level up for the a better price than the competitors. I messaged and asked if the product I was looking at was a refurbished model or new (as advertised) and within minutes the reply confirmed it was brand new. To my surprise when I put it in my cart there was an additional $50 reduction in the price along with an additional warranty plan included. I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on the following Tuesday. I could not be happier with the transaction! read more

BUYER BEWARE Paid them $1723 on Monday 4/4/2020 for a DJI UVA. Free 2 day shipping was included. Started checking on status Wednesday 4/6/2020 after not receiving shipment tracking information. Every day status is "processing". Finally called Monday 4/13/2020 and was told it would ship that day and to expect an email with the tracking information. No email from them with tracking Monday 4/13/2020 so I call back Tuesday 4/14/2020 and was again assured it would ship that day and they would email tracking information. No email from them with tracking Tuesday 4/14/2020 so I tried to call back Wednesday 4/15/2020-phones are not in service.... I opened an investigation with PayPal and the BBB and sent Beach Camera an email requesting they cancel and refund on 4/15/2020, no response from Beach Camera. Digging deeper into customer reviews this seems to be a typical scam by Beach Camera. I plan to notify the New Jersey State Police and New Jersey Attorney General and request they investigate Beach Camera/Beach Trading Co. read more

We purchased a laptop through this 3rd party vendor by way of Amazon. The purchased product - LG gram Thin and Light Laptop - 17" Display, Intel 8th Gen Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD. We received the laptop on October 8, 2019, and assumed that the Laptop was exactly what we order. After loading some songs 30 days after purchase, we ran out of space on the computer. At that time we noted the laptop had only 10 GB of space and not the 512 GB SSD as ordered. I was told by Amazon that the 45-day return policy would not allow any refunds or replacements. Therefore, I have a Laptop that was purchased that is of no use to me. The value of the laptop is $1500.00 that included the 512 GB SSD. We are gonna end up spending additional money to install what was not received from this vendor. All because of a return policy! read more

Ordered a LG OLED from buydig which is owned by beach camera, and even after 12 days of order they have not shipped or tried to contact me to explain the delay. Well, at least I can see that I am not alone. I ordered a record player and speakers for my wife's Christmas present (about $300). I received an email stating I needed to contact them. I did, they said they had a problem with my order, and that it was due to my inputting my email incorrectly. They were right. We corrected that via phone, the person I was speaking with said she put the order back through and all would be fine. Fast forward to today, 12/26. I checked my order status and it said, "cancelled." I called customer service and they said my bank cancelled it twice. I was never told my bank declined it once, and likely not true as I see a debit.. and then a credit.. it had been run and then returned. Further... there is plenty of money there and I have had ZERO other problems until this. The customer service was flippant about my concerns, and when I asked if I should take my business elsewhere she explained I should if I want to. *AVOID* Ok.. I will. read more

This company does business as Deco Gear. I ordered a sound bar from them that was not compatible with my TV. I requested for a return the day after with no response to my email. A month later I received a review email in regards to the sound bar where I left an honest comment of how I was treated. I was contacted a few hours later with a return label to return everything in the original packaging. I didn't not have the original packaging so when I returned the item at fedex I was charged an additional $25 which the company will not cover. read more

Beach Camera's employees are so inept the manage to mess up even the simplest of tasks, such as: . answering phones (sales answers, but customer service never answers, and if you need something sales transfers you to customer service), . sending an email (sometimes after placing an order online the customer will not receive an email confirmation, sometimes the customer will receive an email confirmation with the wrong item on it, and forget about receiving emails for cancellations), or . managing orders (employees will ship orders that are confirmed as cancelled, and cancel orders which have already been paid for). Beach Camera is as bad as it gets. I have ordered many times from Beach Camera because they are very close to New York. My description is not an abnormality. Never ever buy from Beach Camera directly, only do so through Amazon, and if something goes bad Amazon has you covered. read more

I would like to give Beach Camera a higher review. Their customer service and management has gone above and beyond to help me. My first order with Beach Camera was missing a very expensive component which was back-ordered. This order took several weeks to resolve and resulted in a refund. My problem, really, was that the product was listed as "in-stock" throughout the entire issue, though it was not. Representatives from Beach Camera Electronics reached out to satisfy me, and I greatly appreciate the effort. However, when I made another purchase, the same problem occurred. One of the items ordered from their site, listed as "in-stock" was not actually available, and I was again refunded. I do not doubt the honesty of Beach Camera Electronics, but they have a serious communication disconnect between their online advertising and their actual inventory. read more

Beach camera advertise free guaranteed shipping that is a lie. Products don't show up until days after "guaranteed" delivery date. Customer service doesn't care - their excuse is "we shipped it and we're not in control of the vendor".... if that is the case - don't guarantee anything. I was going to a bear hunt and ordered GPS unit that suppose to show up one day before I suppose to go - it showed up 2 days after that. .. so yes - it was a life and death situation that this vendor created by guaranteeing something they couldn't deliver. read more

I ordered an LG TV from them online because i saw on the LG website that they were an authorized dealer, unlike some of the 3rd party dealers on Amazon or Newegg. They also had the best price of what i wanted from authorized retailers along with free shipping. I got worried though after reading the reviews here. Fortunately for me, i never had problems with my service. When i first placed an order, there was initially a problem with my credit card, and it was actually not a problem getting in touch with customer service, with whom my interaction was relatively pleasant (I was bracing myself for that East Coast, Jersey attitude). I've now had my TV for about a month now, and I have had absolutely no problems at all. However, i do wonder if i had a problem with my TV how difficult it would be to come to a resolution. in any case, those problems never occurred, i got a great tv for a great price, and i would most likely buy from them again based on my experience. 12/6/17 I ordered another TV on eBay (this time a Samsung), and things haven't gone as smoothly this time. They estimated delivery on 11/30/17, but they shipped through some company that i had never heard of before: Team Worldwide Logistics. Anyway, i complained through eBay about not receiving the TV. Beach finally gave me some more info about who to call to arrange delivery - info they should've given me from the start. So, i'm a bit less confident about ordering from Beach again. read more

UPDATE: A manager by the name of Charlie did get in touch with my partner and I and was able to assist in resolving this issue. He was able to see the return and process the refund right away as it was not yet taken care of as well as well compensated for our time and inconvenience. He did an awesome job making sure everything was taken care of and very apologetic for what was experienced. I wish more customer service agents were like Charlie! Ordered a TV May 21st, delivery date was of Memorial Day weekend, was delayed and did not arrive until June 3rd. Was passed through two different shipping companies and set up a delivery window of 10am-2pm that Friday (June 3rd). TV did not arrive until after 5pm after starting follow up calls with third party freight delivery company. TV did arrive damaged and refused delivery and started return/refund process the following Monday (June 6th). Have since received it seems like automated messages through the Amazon app (since that is where it was bought from Seller, Same Day Beach Camera) and followed up directly with Amazon today (June 14th) and they are saying expect some movement by the end of this week, even though the "automated" emails sounded like the 3-5 business day refund success/process was going to be taken care of today after receiving the approval (June 8th). The only other contact I have received since this whole headache started from delayed shipment was from a Freight Coordinator (June 2nd) who asked I delete my 1 star off of the seller review on Amazon and I'd receive a gift card 7 business days through a text (still have not received) and have since been blocked from sending emails (got a mailer-domain failure after sending a follow up email from this whole refund/return process). I will just keep an eye on who the seller is by next time I make a big purchase. read more

STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER - Seems these thieves are not in the business of selling electronics but take orders, don't deliver and when pressed for a refund, they keep what they claim are non refundable shipping fees. These fees are very exaggerated, so they stole $400 from me on a $1500 TV. They apparently have a lot of pull with Amazon, because they would not back me up for the first time ever, even when the facts were clear. Beach Camera Same Day Shipping means claim to ship next day, never deliver, and rip off the customer. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CHEATS!!!! N n read more

The worst experience of my adult life from a sack of lying jerks.... Paid extra $$$$$ to have a very expensive item shipped to my door next day...a "bundle" with an extra battery needed to complete a shoot that next day... Received an email that indicated the battery was shipping separately and immediately called salesperson Ray who assured me that they would indeed both ship together and be delivered together next day. The battery did not arrive.... At all...correction... It arrived 3 days later and was promptly stolen. I had it delivered next day because I knew I would be there to look out for it and needed it NOW. 3 days after it should have been delivered it was finally dropped on my step at 2:15...I was home by 3:00 and it was gone. Now I have to watch my back and home because it's very obviously someone who lives close by that took this. Thanks BEACH CAMERA FOR ALERTING THE LOCAL THIEVES THAT MY HOME IS A GREAT PLACE TO FIND EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS.... Their customer service is just as bad. Idiots. I will never ever do business with them again. You shouldn't either. read more
