Fine Art Production company was highly recommended through a few family members of mine. Once we met Amish and his team it was a no brainer! They are professional and very dedicated in capturing the perfect memories to last a lifetime. He covered four days: my Mehendi, Haldi, Hindu Wedding and Reception. (Both photography and videography). Most brides opt out of paying for videography for their weddings but I wanted lots of video footage of my wedding. During the Sunday (Reception Day) I had Amish and his team took pictures of the grooms and groomsmen getting ready instead of me and my bridesmaids. It turned out to be an amazing idea because Amish sat down with the Groom and groomsmen in an "interview" asking details about me. When I saw the footage it was hilarious. That is just ONE of the many priceless Memories he captured. This company is not just "a company" they build long lasting relationships with their customers. Photography & Videography Review Just to lay out everything - Chirali and Amish are really nice people. Everything involved with wedding planning is a business so I understand a lot of that. Our original package included a video session of capturing our love story but due to our busy schedule we decided to remove that part from it. We went to visit the studio and they told us that the love story video session was actually just a complimentary add-on to the package. We didn't argue it because we had already gave the first $1000. We worked out the payment schedule which they were understanding of. Fast forward to wedding day. Our mistake fell on giving the wrong check for our last final payment. In the rush of things we handed the wrong check but after the wedding we cleared it up once it came to our attention and even paid for the additional fee. My issues with wedding day were the fact that I had no pictures with my bridesmaids, the cohesiveness between the shots and video taken at the groom's house is different than the bride's house, and the lack of any creativity with the pictures taken. We finally received the final products from Fine Art Productions so that is why I've waited to write the review. The album was just okay. It was as good as it was going to get. When we first received the pictures on the the hard drive, we looked through them and it wasn't worth the $10K we paid. As we were watching through the first part of the wedding video, it just seemed like there was no creativity and a flow to the video. I just started balling my eyes out watching it because in this age and time, there are so many vendors out there that had such a theatrical essence to it. The ceremony started with the Bishop giving a sermon and for almost half of the sermon it was just zoomed in on us and you couldn't tell who was giving the speech. Just the handling of the video itself just seemed like someone who wasn't a professional was handing the video camera. With the wedding day being so busy, I had a billion things running through my head so making sure every moment and family and all were captured are usually put on the photo and video vendors. I have 0 pictures with my bridesmaids. The highlight video that was originally put together excluded my sister who was the maid of honor. Just the attention to detail wasn't there for the price we paid. The reception video is much better than the way the wedding video was done. Again attention to little details were missed. Flash photography was used in the wrong setting where natural light photos could have been taken. My family had done a choreographed dance and it was zoomed in at different sets of people so you didn't get to see the whole essence of the dance. For example the first part included 4 girls and they shot clips of two people at a time instead of the whole group. Just the overall production I was just really disappointed with. I see other cinematographers and photographers that I could have gone with but I chose Fine Art due to the fact that they did both and their level of creativity was just not up to expectations especially for the amount that we paid. read more

Working with Chirali and Amish was the easiest and best decision we ever made for our wedding. The minute we met Chirali and Amish we knew we were in good hands. We met them over a year before our wedding, and they become our fast friends and comfort during our wedding. No question was too small or silly, and even when they are so busy they carved time out to make sure they helped up with every detail to make sure our day was special. During our wedding, they really made us feel so comfortable with the pictures and they came out amazing. Our vision was really able to be shown with the amazing guidance of Chirali and Amish. They were also so professional and took pictures and moments that we would've never thought of and are so happy we have those memories captured as well. Chirali and Amish have truly been one of the best people that we worked with during our wedding. Right from the first appointment, they took interest in learning what we wanted and suggested us with the best package that fit our needs and budget. My husband and I are both not into taking pictures as much, but they did an amazing pre-wedding photo shoot for us. They helped us with the location, poses and made the day so much fun for us. Great work by Fine Art Productions for our Engagement Party! A shout out to Chirali who made sure to keep herself available for my pre-shoot at liberty state park and the entire event at Ashirwad Palace in Radolph, NJ. Yes, it was a long day (3PM to 11PM to be exact) but that did not stop Chirali from taking amazing pictures. When we went to the studio to see Chirali, she listened to all our needs and explained to us everything in a professional manner. I get nervous while getting my picture taken and before the event I wrote a loonnnnggggg email to her explaining what makes me nervous and some weaknesses we (my fiance and I) face while taking pictures. She kept in mind all those points while taking pictures. If you want something from them just ask and i am SURE they will do their best to accommodate your needs.... We are so pleased that we picked them to capture our special memories. While she was taking pictures at the park I had a feeling they were gonna be great, BUT they came out even better. The 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen were so pleased with her work and were raving about her energy and enthusiasm through out the event! When I found out she was from the same town in India as me I decided to make sure she will be there for THE day (wedding) in India! I will do my best that she is available in Dec2017/Jan2018 because we did not feel awkward/uncomfortable taking the pictures. She was really really friendly! Our main issue with them has been their lack of professionalism and inability to deliver a quality product. Although they specialize in Indian wedding ceremonies, they missed important pieces throughout the wedding including the BRIDAL ENTRY. The videos and the edited images they gave us often lacked attention to detail and effort. Particularly with the videos, where random filters would be added, and the audio track would not sync with the video. As per our contract, we communicated the desired changes we needed within 7 days yet often it took months to acknowledge our communication. Then they would simply keep giving excuses for the delays. We were not satisfied with the edits they provided and gave exact directions as to what needed to be fixed. However, the notes provided were simply disregarded. We even offered to come into the studio multiple times to help fix the videos, but no flexibility was given. Eventually we learned that they outsource their video editing overseas in India. It's been almost 1.5 years since our wedding, and we still do not have delivery of our final products. In fact, it has gotten to a point where they don't even respond to our calls/emails/texts asking for updates. Secondly, they engaged in price gouging practices the week of our wedding. When learning that we would have to cancel our reception due to COVID limitations, they refused to offer a refund for the event. They were the only wedding vendor we had that was not willing to accommodate. Instead, they offered a package which gave us photo/video for a smaller event and live streaming for the wedding. However, they did not know how, nor did they have the equipment to actually live stream at that time. My husband even went to their studio 2 days before our wedding to help get the equipment working. Ultimately, they were not able to hold their end of the bargain. Lastly, we would like to point out that before our wedding took place, they requested multiple times for a review and even offered an incentive (free canvas) for a 5-star rating across multiple platforms (google, Facebook, yelp, wedding wire, and the Knot). If you closely look at their reviews, you will see the same exact reviews copy pasted by people so they can get this incentive. Please be wary of the reviews prior to signing with them. read more

We recently worked with Fine Art Productions for our wedding this past month. They ended up being one of our favorite and most trusted vendors. From start to end, they were fantastic. I had a few family members use Fine Art in the past, so we were already aware of their quality. Chirali & Amish were so professional and friendly during our initial meeting, and my fiance and I both teared up when watching some of their previous highlight videos - so we knew they had to shoot our wedding too! Fine Art is very reasonably priced and worked within our budget to make sure we received exactly what we were looking for. Even when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Chirali and Amish were incredibly flexible and made me feel so calm during the process. Fast forward to the wedding - Chirali was our main photographer and I felt so good knowing our photo/video were in her hands. We normally aren't super comfortable in front of a camera, so we told Chirali to give us a lot of direction. She did exactly that and made everything feel so natural. Chirali and her team were on time, and worked with our other vendors to make sure we were on schedule so she can get the best shots. We even changed the schedule slightly in the evening and she was totally on board. I feel that could sense my emotions, and she worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was having a good time and was relaxed. Their albums were amazing and they are very creative and talented in videography. We had them come for our destination wedding in Punta Cana. Our pictures came out very nice. They are young and so energetic. Our wedding was long but they didn't take a break at all to make sure they grab the best shots throughout the whole wedding and post wedding. From the very first conversation it was clear that Chirali and Amish don't just see wedding photography/video as a business transaction but as a very personal collaboration. They scheduled facetime calls with us to carefully walk through their portfolio, and gave us recommendations based on our personal tastes. They were also very willing to work with us on budget, to create a package that gave us what we wanted without emptying our pockets. Trying to successfully pull-off an Indian wedding during the pandemic was immensely difficult. We had to plan multiple different events in a two week window at various locations and at awkward hours (sometimes 5 or 6 am). Chirali and Amish never complained once about our schedule or the timeline we'd given them. They were very accommodating and often stayed overtime to make sure we captured all the possible photo and video coverage. After our wedding was over, they didn't disappear off the radar and were very prompt in getting us the photos back. They have been cooperative on editing final shots for our wedding album. I want to start by saying photography/videography are very personal, so everyone has different taste and prefers something different. Personally, I am a perfectionist who enjoys photography, so I had something very specific in mind for how I wanted my wedding pictures/videos to look. I only used Fine Arts Production's photography/videography services for my pre-wedding festivities and I went with a different photographer for the day of my wedding. And I'm VERY VERY glad I went with someone else for my wedding day. Because when we got the pictures/videos back from the pre-wedding events, I was not too happy. They were something I think anyone with a Nikon/Canon camera could take. Good photographers have "an eye" - they shoot from a variety of angels and make photos, the people in them, and events look majestic - the Fine Arts Production team was not able to deliver that for me and for that reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Their work was fine for just overall documenting what happened - they clicked a million pictures but they missed moments. The photographs were nothing I would want to put an in album. The video captured all the pre-wedding festivities, but was not broken up into smaller chunks for easier viewing, like I would've wanted. There were also a few moments of my husband and I, which I think they should've captured on video, but were not able to because I believe they were filming food/etc. at the time. I understand that it's very difficult for a person to be in 2 places at once, but a good videographer/photographer has an idea of where they should be and for what. They should know what's important. And I personally would've rather had the moments of my husband and I over the videos of the food that was served at my wedding. I mainly worked with Chirali, and she's definitely very very sweet. Just talk to her - you'll understand what I mean when I say she's very warm and friendly. She's actually the reason I decided to use Fine Arts as the photography/videography vendor for my pre-wedding festivities. But the quality of work was just lacking for me. If you're using them for a birthday party or a smaller event, it's fine. But for your wedding day, go with someone who has studied photography/videography (as in has a formal education/background in photography), because believe me when I say, weddings can get crazy. So go with someone that will know how to make the madness look calm, romantic, happy, and dreamy all at the same time. read more

Chirali and Amish are an awesome team. Both of them are super friendly and treated us like family from our initial meeting. I had heard about Fine Arts since we used to visit Edison often and when the time came to pick our photographer for our wedding I knew I wanted to give Fine Arts a try. I messaged them on their website with our wedding dates and details, I received a call from Chirali within 5 minutes and we were all set to meet the next day. During our initial meeting, Chirali and Amish showed us their portfolio of work and walked us through the entire process. Chirali is very approachable and flexible which made me feel at ease and open to asking questions. Since they have an office in Lake Mary FL, we were able to do our prewedding photoshoot in Orlando. Chirali is very talented and has a creative eye for beautiful pictures, our prewedding photos came out amazing. During the wedding they sent different photographers for each event which is the only thing that was disappointing. I really wished Chirali would have came to all our events especially the wedding ceremony. They sent 2 photographers for the wedding ceremony who were not Indian hence they missed out on opportunities to take pictures of important rituals, maybe because they were not aware of the rituals/traditions of a Gujarati wedding. I really wished that they would have been consistent with the photographers they sent because it's difficult to work with someone new especially during a wedding when you have thousands of things on your mind. Wedding ceremony is the most important event and we were disappointed with the quality of the pictures that day. Most of the significant ritual photos were missing or blurry. Even on our Garba, they sent other photographers who took blurry or high flash/ dark photos. I was more than happy with the photos that Chirali and Parth took but creativity, awareness and quality was missing in the other photographers. Parth was there for all of our events, he did an awesome job with my Mehndi photos and Chirali did a fabulous job at our reception. Parth listened to me and tried to recreate all the poses that I had shared with him. The photos that Chirali and Parth took definitely stand our from those taken by their other photographers. I would recommend others who are considering Fine Arts for their special event to make sure to have either Chirali or Parth as your photographer instead of other photographers from their team. Overall, we are happy with the videos, photos and albums. Our families loved the albums! They were always on time during our events. We worked primarily with Chirali and she was veryy friendly, approachable, and talented! We got married August 2015 and had our photo shoot a month prior. It was a little difficult to schedule a photoshoot (because they were very busy) but so were we; and so we appreciated that Chirali offered new times to schedule a shoot to make it happen. I was stressed the photoshoot was too close to the wedding but Chirali ensured us that we would have some beautiful photos available to use during the wedding reception, and they delivered as promised! Chirali guided us through the photoshoot and took some great unique shots. They were very professional in terms of time and skill. They made us feel very comfortable during the shoots which is very important! They were on time for the photo shoot, the wedding, and reception. They were available the entire day on the day of the wedding (which was very important). They made sure we made time for our pre-wedding and pre-reception shoot (since we were running behind). We LOVED the highlight reel they created for us, it was beautiful and elegant and well done. We also loved our professional pictures from them along with the beautiful album they created. My only minor qualm with them was that after the wedding we had to email several times to inquire about getting our photos and videos on time as they were running a little behind schedule; however, all in all it wasn't a big deal for us in the bigger scheme of things. I had the displeasure of using this company. The lady especially is one of the rudest and most arrogant person me and the wife have meet. Their work is nothing more than Average. Be aware to clarify everything before committing yourself. If you are not happy with the result. Quite frankly, tough because they will not commit to many changes. I do not wish the experience we have had on anyone. Their customer service is appalling and courtesy is far from their minds. Please do yourselves a favor and do not use them.
