They gave such clear direction to ensure the photos came out the way we wanted. All 4 of them were respectful, professional and very accommodating. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. Instead of one form they expected two but never provided this information to anyone. The day of pictures everything was fine. A little rushed but nothing out of the ordinary. Now it's time to receive pictures. This is where things took a turn. I ordered digital and it was no option to review pictures before purchasing. I had to go through the school and reach out to the owner to receive my order. When calling they were very unhelpful. They kept saying to email or they would call back and they never followed through. Then I received graduation pictures and not spring when I paid for both. I had to fight to finally receive my spring pictures the day of graduation. They tried to charge extra not realizing we had the original form with prices. It was just very unprofessional and unnecessary to feel like I was begging for something I paid for. I think things could have been handled better. Lastly I said we because I was not the only parent with this issue. I would not recommend!

Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.
