Instead of one form they expected two but never provided this information to anyone. The day of pictures everything was fine. A little rushed but nothing out of the ordinary. Now it's time to receive pictures. This is where things took a turn. I ordered digital and it was no option to review pictures before purchasing. I had to go through the school and reach out to the owner to receive my order. When calling they were very unhelpful. They kept saying to email or they would call back and they never followed through. Then I received graduation pictures and not spring when I paid for both. I had to fight to finally receive my spring pictures the day of graduation. They tried to charge extra not realizing we had the original form with prices. It was just very unprofessional and unnecessary to feel like I was begging for something I paid for. I think things could have been handled better. Lastly I said we because I was not the only parent with this issue. I would not recommend!

By the time we got to the venue they were both waiting for me to arrive to get photos of me getting into my dress and the mother/daughter moments. They captured every important moment from me walking down the aisle, to my husband's reaction. Our favorite photos are the candid ones. He made us all feel comfortable and coached us through different poses and positions with our wedding party. When it came time to find a wedding photographer for our big day, it was a no brainer! We love you, Sweet Mango! On the day of, Ricky arrived much EARLIER than we paid for, because he wanted to capture as much of the getting ready process as possible. We're super grateful for this, and he got tons of great photos we would not otherwise have! From the moment he walked into our hotel suite, he was all action, camera out, and ready to take photos. For this day, and for all of our other shoots with Sweet Mango, he gave great directions on how to pose for photos, was so creative with how he framed his shots, and flexible and adapted to the sun/weather/background and whatever other obstacles may come his way. Even though we did not get a second shooter and he single handedly had to cover the entire venue and all 100 guests at our event, including an entire lion dance troupe, he rose to the occasion and did just that and much more.
