It was super easy to get in contact with InsideOut and the process to book them was straightforward and painless (book via website, can pay with paypal, small deposit fee, and balance is due 2 weeks beforehand). They were always very responsive via email. Also, their pricing is competitive and there are no hidden charges. The two attendants arrived on time and the booth was set up pretty quickly. Sadly, I didn't get to use the photobooth very much (hosting duties), but my guests loved them! They were very happy about the unlimited prints and the fact that you got to choose which pictures you wanted to print out. The attendants were very sweet and courteous. They made sure people fit inside the photo and were very accommodating for retake requests. They stayed mostly behind the scenes and there were no issues with the booth at all for the duration of the event. They were so inconspicuous that I didn't even realize when they had packed up and left! Quality of pictures are pretty good. The only suggestion that I have is to include more variety in the types of props. I didn't request any specific types of props, so that may be my fault, but there were too many similar ones in the pile (sunglasses, hats, wigs) and there weren't too many that caught my eye. My friend hired Inside Out for her wedding this past weekend and I was SO impressed with them! I've been to a number of weddings and other events that have had various photo booths but this one definitely took the cake. I was a little thrown off because it isn't a "booth" - you just pose in front of a backdrop - but having the photographer RIGHT THERE made it so much better than a normal booth. There was no question of where to look or how long in between photos. She made sure everyone was visible in the pictures and that everyone was looking and ready. The props were top-notch (I've seen broken props, dirty props, etc.) and it's clear that they take a lot of pride in their business. Seriously, all the pictures are aligned correctly with everyone you want in the shot. This is because an unattended booth can't duplicate the accuracy and artistry of an attended booth.. Also the high resolution pictures (8mb) can be downloaded and printed in large format prints, or easily cropped as desired. This is extremely useful since lower resolution downloads become fuzzy when you try to crop or print/display in any larger than 4x6 format. People go there all throughout the affair. I had looked around at a lot of photo booth rental companies and decided on settling with Inside Out Booth after 2 weeks search and communication with various companies. Why? Inside Out had great customer support and was very open with their communication with quick and friendly replies. They also had the best options for services available out there. at very reasonable costs. They had a plethora of props and were very open to customization. I personally purchased a 3 hr package with green screen. They allowed me to upload my own personal pictures to be used as backgrounds (20 choices!!) and were very flexible with timing of submissions for things such as the contract and background submissions as I was flying in/out of the country at the time. What makes them stand out from the rest is that they don't just rent out a photo booth, but they also have 2 attendants who are present on site to assist with backdrop selections, making sure everyone fits inside the photo, and ensuring everything runs without a problem. I loved that the prints were also standard 4x6 photos rather than small photo strips and you are able to have as many prints printed as you'd like. The only thing I could think of for improvement was perhaps having a "30-minute last call" for photos prior to packing up. (But perhaps I should've asked them to do so myself at the start of the wedding celebrations but it slipped my mind at the time.) If I ever host any events in the future that would benefit from a photo booth, I would contact them for their services again without hesitation! read more

Our wedding was October 24th, 2015 at Glen Island Harbor Club in New Rochelle. As wonderful as the wedding ceremony and reception was, many of our guests' fondest memories involved the Inside Out Booth. The attendants working the booth (a young man and young lady whose names I unfortunately cannot remember) were very courteous, polite, and best of all, had a great sense of humor. The actually booth was tons of fun with a lot props that people could not get enough of. The best part, which we were not aware of at the times, was that a copy of every picture taken is placed in a scrap book where our guests could sign or add a message. After contacting around 7 different companies, Inside Out, got back to me the fastest and with all the information I needed, there wasn't a lot of back and forth, they were concise and to the point, I LIKE IT! To be honest, I was a little worried about InsideOutBooth, initially. I wasn't sure how it would all end up, because it wasn't the typical photobooth setup.
