Do NOT do not do not use this company to photograph important moments in your life. They will let you down. They photographed and videotaped my engagement in November 2023 and we still have not received a single photo or video. They were apologetic and having "communication issues" at first, but they have since completely ghosted my fiancé and me. They have not refunded us either. Please know I would never publicly bash a business unless I really felt compelled to warn others against them. Needed a photographer in a pinch (2 days prior). Pricing was competitive, and got ahold of a photographer (eric) within 12 hours. Eric was great, he was able to assure me he could accommodate to the unique lighting situation of my venue. Pictures turned out very well. Wish there was an option to tip him, however. Also tried WeWork, which didnt work well as it asked me to sign up with an individual whose work you couldnt peruse, and there was no assurance by WeWork that the job would be well done. And Flitographer (fly tographer?) which wasnt able to accomodate a booking within 3 days, and was far more expensive. read more

I booked snapped for a secret proposal photoshoot and immediately received an automated email confirmation of my booking. On the website, it says you will be contacted by the photographer around 24 hours before the shoot to coordinate details. I NEVER HEARD FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT, BOTH VIA PHONE, VOICEMAIL, AND THROUGH THE WEBSITE BUT I COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Luckily, I was able to find another service that day 3 hours before my planned proposal, but this was added stress I did not need and I had to pay a premium for the last second booking. Even though the service was not delivered, my credit card was still charged for the full amount, and since I could not get a hold of anyone I couldn't even cancel and get my money back. I booked them due to the positive reviews on Yelp and seemingly easy booking process, but this ended up becoming a very stressful and frustrating experience. Snapped! What an awesome service. I was looking for a photographer to shoot some pictures for my sisters engagement but they were so expensive for just an hour.
