Caden was very patent and extremely helpful when she wanted to try on multiple boots several days in a row. This included bringing in boots from other stores to ensure we had the correct size. As we went through the process, my wife was happy and enjoyed hanging out in the store and talking with the friendly staff. If you are not in a rush, this was a great way to buy a pair of ski boots. After finding a boot that fit (Dalbello, Panterra 85 with walk mode!) Caden then made custom insoles, added Thermic heaters, and ensured that her skis and bindings were dialed in and safe We will definitely be repeat customers at this location! FYI...During the times we visited, and Caden was unavailable, the rest of the team was happy to help and made the buying experience top-notch.

The boot fitter put me into a pair of K2 that were like putting my foot into gloves. Soft inside, yet firm enough that I knew they would be responsive. After I had custom foot beds put in - we realized that the new boots had a completely different bottom and therefore wouldn't clip into my Blizzard Black Pearls. I bought this year's model of Black Pearls with new bindings. My old skis (less than 3 years old) were then handed down to my adult daughter who had been using them since my surgeries.
