I went in today and was super excited because they got me in fast as a walk in. I wished I got the name of the older lady but she was rough and doing eye rolls while doing my fill. Hitting me with her file telling me to relax.... I tried to ignore but enough was enough. I walked out before the nail polish. They are a clean facility, and use plastic liners in the foot tubs; so you know it's clean. They have many different options for manicures and pedicures. They do a good job manicuring the nails. They could definitely improve the massage part. The prices start out cheap and go up depending on what package you get. But they are not over priced. I don't like the stones. I think the stones are too rough. They have a decent selection of colors in regular and gel. They don't speak English very well. Except for Heidi, she speaks English well and does an a very detailed job on manicures and pedicures. The last time I went I they spilled parafin wax all over my pants. It ruined my pants. They also burned my finger with the electric file when they were removing the gel polish. And they double charged my debit card. read more

I was like the first one to get there and they took forever to do my nails. I also asked for clear nails and she told me it was going to be $35 and i was okaay with it. So she made me wait like 20 mins to get someone else done while she was doing my nails. At the time of paying she said it was $45 and i told her that the girl who did my nails said $35 and she denied it. So then i asked for a card to make point and she just left it there and didnt even hole punched it. Awful! read more

I am really picky about where I get my eyebrows done but I loved the way they were done here at BC the only thing is that I noticed they were very unsanitary as my cousins went before me I noticed the eyebrow brush was not clean at all it looked like a circle of lint they used the same strip for both of our eyebrows and not once did I see her clean the scissors, tweezers, or change the stick that gets dipped into the wax meaning she used the same products on us without making sure they were sanitary read more

This place is AWFUL! Never coming back. The stupid lady slapped my hand and said "relax." I'm not an animal for her to be doing that to me, it's so unprofessional. She asked what length I wanted and I said "medium" but I was still not sure of what length so she took out the mail cutter and cut the length herself without asking. She got mad when I said that it was too short and she needs to re-do them. Her technique was very ugly, she clipped length after placing the acrylic, which is very odd to me. My nail color looks sheer on some nails, and clumpier on others. Please don't waste your time and go here!!! read more

I always have a nice experience at this nail shop. It's clean and cute and the staff is friendly. Heidi does a great job, she listens to my requests and takes her time on filing and painting. I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail! I have come here many times and will be back many more. The hot stone leg/foot massage is a nice added bonus to the pedicures! Today I was even offered water, tea or coffee which was a new, nice surprise. I was told there is a new owner now and they are doing a little remodeling. They also bought an entire new set of gel (and regular polish) colors! Amazing selection! read more

Nice & clean salon. Staff is friendly. I like pink & white pedicures with a handpainted flower. My nail tech painted a flower that looked a group of dots, had to have it redone by someone else. Not the best job, but ok. read more

I like this place.I recommend this to whoever is trying to get a simple set of nails. Kim always does my nails when i come in. I've been here like 3 times already. They do such a good job at shaping it. I just showed kim the picture of what i wanted and she does it exactly like that. I gave it a four star because they need to put more nail polish coverage on the nail. Other wise it's really good for the price. But like i said if you want simplicity this is your place. read more

I simply was asking how much a facial was so when the time comes, I can factor this place into my choices. It's too bad because this place has a great deal on eyebrows for $8. Awful. ZERO stars. The licensing of the nail technicians is highly questionable. The ownership does not advocate for their clients when an issue arises and instead turns their head to any mishaps or poor service. The employees and owners are dishonest, rude, neglectful and have proved that they should not be trusted. In an area where there are many options for nail and skin care, this business should not even be considered for these services. read more

I came here because I needed to get my nails done ASAP for homecoming, I made an appointment and they made me sit in a pedicure chair for about 30 minutes, when the lady came she turned on the water and left for about 30 minutes. She only came back because I told her I was not going to have enough time for my hair and makeup. The lady did what she needed to do, when I was done (I shit you not) I waited for about a hour IN THE SAME CHAIR because some customer that came wayy after me started complaining that they're taking to long; instead of attending me they did her nails which was not fair. Anyways I got irritated because I had one hour to go to hoco and they were doing my nails, I ran out of time so I told her to just leave the shape and not put any gel. Finds out they charged me full price for the nails I didn't pay for, i found out later because it was so expensive. When I pointed it out she said "no no your nails are done" I was like "you see this?! There's no polish only a plastic nail!" then she lowered the price. End of story I was late to homecoming and all I had time to do was straighten my hair, put on my dress and do my makeup in the school bathroom. Lesson of the day: complain cause I was trying to be nice but obviously that didn't help. read more

Went to get a pedicure here for the first time and they did not disappoint! The price is cheap in my opinion and they did a great job on my pedicure! The staff gave me mixed emotions and the only reason for that was that half the staff seemed nice and the other half not so much. But if you can overlook that this is a great place. read more

I've been coming to Chic Nails for years. They have always done a great job. Heidi does fantastic pedi's and Kim always does my fills. Tunic is also excellent. Some girls don't speak great English but there is always someone there to translate. read more

today i did some review reading. some good some bad. i am a total wacko when it comes to my nails. understandably i want them to look awesome. i have gone to many other places only to not return. not that the place was bad, just not what i need or want to be disappointed with end result. and i need someone to listen to what i want and not do what they want. well, i found Cindy at Chic Nails on Natividad Rd. she not only listened but she did an amazing job. and Dana did a great job on my pedicure. i had a pedicure bout 3 months ago and i know that when i get my "fill" in 1month, i will defenitely get a pedicure too. this is my first ever review about a business and i will be sure to review other aspects of my maintenance....lol. thank you so much to every one at Chick Nails..... you have not only a happy wacko nail lady, but a defenite return customer..... :) read more
