They exceeded my expectation by getting it done early! Who does that? I'll tell you, Granite Karma!!! They were polite and professional. They went the extra mile. We had made a change to the design after completion and needed a side splash. They cut it for me and I was able to pick it up. My husband and I are very impressed and thankful to Granite Karma. My husband and I hired Arizona Stone Gallery for two full bathroom remodels after getting quotes…read morefrom quite a few companies. We were impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the owner Danny, as well as his fair and transparent pricing. These remodels included all demolition and installation of new cabinets with quartz countertops, tiled shower/bath walls and bathroom floors, all new shower/bath components including shower door, lighting, and accessories. Everything went according to plan and on time. In short, we found Danny and his team (notably Jesus, who carried out most of the on-site work) to be honest, friendly, and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Arizona Stone Gallery.

My experience with Xact Stone has been extremely disappointing. From the install date, I raised…read moreconcerns about the quality of the installation--specifically that the openings for the stove/oven and microwave were cut far too large. It took several phone calls before the owner finally came out to see the issues in person. He agreed that adjustments were needed and said his team would return to fix the problem. Unfortunately, scheduling the adjustment was just as frustrating. After three separate calls to set an appointment, the office finally confirmed a date. On the day of the appointment, the team simply never showed up. No phone call, no explanation, no follow‑up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xact Countertop Company. It's also concerning that Costco contracts with this company, given the lack of professionalism and accountability I encountered.

11/21/25 AG2 installation day!…read more Background We began consulting with C&S Home Solutions Remodeling September 2025 about our goals for updating our Kitchen, laundry and Bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete remodel eliminating an arched wall extending the kitchen to increase counter and cabinets linear feet. It also incorporated a breakfast bar. Two bathrooms were being remodeled. To accomplish our design continuity we visited Arista Stone to look for slaps for our design. Once we selected our slaps C&S Home Solutions remodeling enlisted the talents of small women owned business Brenda Rodriguez of AG2 Design LLC. Brenda personally visited our home and took all the measurements the day after our cabinetry was installed. She developed the template(s) for all countertops in the rooms. Her expertise quickly shifted to maximizing the use of the slabs minimizing waste and assuring we had enough slab from the same slab lot. Installation day came five days later after the rough bulk slabs were cut and polished. The craftsmanship of the beveled edges and smooth radius corners was amazing. Brenda's team began the installation by custom building the slab to countertop beds to support the heavy countertops. As each countertop was installed the Kitchen quickly transformed from design concept to a beautiful sculptured smooth line modern contemporary kitchen. Brenda also added a slab notch cut to tastefully incorporate a stub wall leading to our laundry room. Maybe a little detail to some but this extra touch of class showcases the talents and personal touches she delivers to her customers. Brenda arrived at the time of installation to personally see everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Brenda and her company AG2 Design! Cost 5/5 There are many big fabricators out there, most chasing large commercial cookie cutter jobs but no one can match the turnaround time, customization and value of AG2 Design. I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. And they are 2 of the nicest people. Thanks again to Israel and his staff. Barbara Slegel San Tan Valley

We just finished refacing a large kitchen with 39 year old oak cabinets …read more We found Better than new Kitchens just by internet shopping and posted reviews . When possible I like to support small independent local businesses and made the call for an estimate . Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!
