They're extremely friendly and professional, they always do a good job, and they're realistic about what's possible and what's not when it comes to cleaning touch stains or alterations. I rarely need something turned around quickly so I normally just say "take your time, I'm in no rush," but when I've need something done ASAP they've always come through. Their prices are always very reasonable, and given the quality and service, it's a great value. The owners changed recently, but as far as I can tell, the quality hasn't change and if anything, it's gotten better. Some of the recent reviews are negative, and I'm not going to deny other people's experiences if I wasn't there. But I'll say that I've never had any issues at all in the six years I've been coming here. I honestly couldn't ask for a better neighborhood cleaner. It's rare to find a place that does a great job and provides such personal service.

He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. I instantly noticed a strong smell wafting off my clothes when I picked them up. I hoped this would go away, but the smell stuck on my shirts for DAYS. They smelled not clean, but rather like they had been in someone's closet or bedroom for weeks, creating a unique must that can only be described as someone else's scent. It literally feels like I stole the shirt of a mall cologne salesman and put it on. Not a bad smell, but just a persons smell, NOT AT ALL a laundry clean smell. It smells like someone else's scent straight up. I could not even get through the day at the office without someone asking me if I bought new cologne. I smell like the owners house/cologne.
