I've only washed them twice. After the second wash, one pant leg hem completely came out, while the other leg remains perfectly intact. Hems simply do not unravel that quickly under normal wear. This strongly suggests a missed stitch or poor workmanship. When I called to request a simple fix or reinforcement, I was told it would cost the price of hemming both legs despite the fact that only one hem failed. There was no accountability, no willingness to stand behind the work, and no offer to correct what appears to be a clear tailoring error. To make matters more concerning, when I originally paid for the alterations, I was told to Apple Pay the owner directly instead of being properly rung up through their system. Now I'm being told there's no way to refund or adjust the original service.

They're extremely friendly and professional, they always do a good job, and they're realistic about what's possible and what's not when it comes to cleaning touch stains or alterations. I rarely need something turned around quickly so I normally just say "take your time, I'm in no rush," but when I've need something done ASAP they've always come through. Their prices are always very reasonable, and given the quality and service, it's a great value. The owners changed recently, but as far as I can tell, the quality hasn't change and if anything, it's gotten better. Some of the recent reviews are negative, and I'm not going to deny other people's experiences if I wasn't there. But I'll say that I've never had any issues at all in the six years I've been coming here. I honestly couldn't ask for a better neighborhood cleaner. The guy kept repeating how he couldn't trust what I was saying like it was a he said/she said between me and the actual company doing the cleaning. 1) Your business is the front facing establishment I am doing business with - this is your responsibility. 2) he sent it back for free, which I was fine with - why the attitude? He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist.
