My 8 year old gas grill had never been professionally cleaned, until today. Although I've tackled it myself in the past, it was far from adequate. Enter BBQ Solutions and a very nice young man named Jayden, who somehow managed to restore it to good working condition and vastly improved its' appearance. I'm super impressed with how thorough the entire process was, not to mention the perfect clean-up as he went and at the end. Just perfect! After a rocky start with some mishaps, Kevin went out of his way to make it right. He sent out his tech Brian to accommodate my tight timeline, who was very knowledgeable and competent. I initially wrote a less than flattering review, but Kevin handled the situation in a most gracious and professional way. Brian serviced the grill and assessed it for damage. Another company told me I may need to replace the entire thing (based on photos), but Brian checked for leaks, integrity of the valves, etc, and told me that a cleaning was sufficient - no repairs are necessary and certainly don't need to buy a new grill.
