Brian was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and repair of our older Turbo bbq. Even though our grill is no longer being manufactured - he was able to convert, repair and restore our bbq and we are so excited! We can't wait to use it this weekend for the Super Bowl! read more

Kevin did a amazing job on extremely dirty bbq. We will definitely be using bbq solutions and Kevin again. Great service, thank you!

We have used BBQ Solutions several times now to clean our Weber Grill. Brian is great, he gets our grill looking like new and doesn't try to upsell me on things I don't need. I had a burner that was slow to light and he got it working again. He is polite, responsible and does a great job. I highly recommend them! read more

I knew I needed this service when my daughter made the comment "This salmon tastes like smoked BBQ sauce." Normally I'd take it as a compliment, but it was a cedar plank salmon on the menu that night. The task of cleaning months of grilling was something I don't have time for. After receiving this young man's services to my grill I'll be adding him to our family support and miracle workers section in my contacts on my phone. The value was worth twice of the amount he charged but don't tell him that. With my daughters palate protected from her father's nasty grill negligence, I have secured my throne as grill master. read more

Kevin was prompt to respond, and my grill looked great when BBQ Solutions finished with it. I wish I'd asked them to take care of the burner that was next to the grill. I think I'd assumed that would be covered. My mistake. I will be using them again. read more

BBQ Solutions cleaned the office Weber grill today. Julio showed up this morning and was very friendly and professional. He worked on it for several hours and returned it back us bright and shiny on the outside and nearly new on the inside. He left his work area as clean as when he started and navigated well all the office people popping their head over to chat with him. It was a big job and BBQ Solutions nailed it. We will be using them again next time the grill needs it! read more

Brian did a beautiful job cleaning our BBQ. He was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. As a courtesy he also took a look at our outdoor heater. I competitively shopped 3 other companies and BBQ offered the best value! read more

Really fabulous to have such a thorough grill cleaning service come to us. Josiah worked so hard on our 2 grills for most of day and they look so, so much better. He offered great tips along the way to keep them lasting longer. I want to keep these grills lasting a very long time so will be calling BBQ Solutions again since it's a very time consuming job to properly clean all the parts of a grill! I couldn't believe how meticulous and careful their work is. This is not just a topical cleaning but they really take their time to clean OUT the things, make sure all parts are operating properly, and leave it all just as spotless as can be. Including the surrounding area. Much appreciated their service and will use again. read more

Blake from BBQ solutions spent hours making sure my Viking grill was ready to go for this summer and all the cook outs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard. Will definitely keep these guys around for regular cleanings! read more

Honest, fair, and timely. What more could you want??? The team showed up on time and started to prep with a focus on cleanliness. When they noticed an issue with my BBQ structure, instead of doing the job wrong, they stopped immediately and surfaced the issue to my attention. Truly a class act focusing on what's right for the customer vs what's best for their check book. Thank you BBQ Solutions - I look forward to working with you folks again soon! read more

These guys' Rock!!!! We've had several companies come out and do an OK job but BBQ solutions went the extra mile. They removed the lid and really DEEP cleaned all the nooks and cranny's. We will for sure me calling again. read more

BBQ Solutions did a phenomenal job. My grill doesn't look the same, and I have no doubt it will perform better thanks to their service. The tech, Brian, was friendly efficient. Cleaned up the area when he was done. If the grilled didn't look so much better, you wouldn't even know he was there. There was no attempt to upsell anything. The condition was assessed and recommendations given with no pressure. read more

BBQ Solutions cleaned our Weber grill and in the process misaligned or damaged one burner valve and control. Two calls and voicemails to the owner not returned. Gave up and connected with another BBQ vendor who could explain what happened, where to get replacement valve and scheduled a service call to fix the problem. Will NOT use this company again. read more

This is a first rate run business. Wow! My grill was in dire need of a professional cleaning . Brian arrived, on time, smiling , friendly and courteous . He did an outstanding job. For such a messy job he was very tidy and left no trace other than a sparkling clean grill . I don't write reviews , but rarely . I had to for this business . It really did make my day . Other businesses could learn much from their customer service. Don't bother going anywhere else for BBQ issues. This is the place . read more

Had a great experience with BBQ Solutions. We have an old standalone grill and I contacted them through their website to check availability. They replied quickly, and we were able to arrange an appointment for the following day- a few days before the Super Bowl. Brian came out and did an incredible job cleaning the grill, as well as checking it as he completely disassembled it. So thankful, had a great experience and would use again. Brian made some good recommendations and was professional and went above and beyond. Cheers, and thanks again! read more

After reading through the positive comments and feedback, we were amazed by how quickly Kevin responded to our inquiry, giving us the exact price (which was better and more reasonable than all others quoted!) and time availability he had. Josiah showed up right on time and worked non-stop to make our grill look as though we had just purchased it brand new. Thank you to Kevin and Josiah for your amazing cleaning services! We will definitely be using them again on an annual basis moving forward to keep our grill clean! read more

When we purchased our house a few years ago, we knew it came with an island BBQ that didn't work. Not sure whether it would require repair or a full replacement, finally started connecting with Yelp companies to find out what the options were. Kevin, was not only responsive, but instead of charging me $85 just to come out, like another company wanted to, he came and figured out he could not only repair it but clean as well and make it like new. Very happy with his work and our experience. read more

I wasn't aware a service like this existed until my neighbor talked to me about BBQ Solutions. He said they were a mobile bbq cleaning and repair company. My 8 year old gas grill had never been professionally cleaned, until today. Although I've tackled it myself in the past, it was far from adequate. Enter BBQ Solutions and a very nice young man named Jayden, who somehow managed to restore it to good working condition and vastly improved its' appearance. I'm super impressed with how thorough the entire process was, not to mention the perfect clean-up as he went and at the end. Just perfect! This was such a positive experience, and I got lots of good advice about maintaining and extending the life of my grill. I don't know why I waited so long to bring in a professional, but I do know that an annual cleaning will now be part of my routine home maintenance. I only wish I'd taken before and after photos...but since I didn't, just add me to the list of VERY satisfied customers! (And thanks, Jayden... you were awesome!) read more
