I decided to search for a local retailer when buying a Big Green Egg on my way out the door to something something galore and wow am I glad that I did. They had a great package deal that included 4-5 extras for the cost of just the grill elsewhere. It was a no brainer. So far, NOT SATISFIED / but IMPROVING Researched many companies, decided on BBQ Outlet. Bought and outdoor BBQ and Island from BBQ Outlet. Had it installed over the weekend. 1. Work was subcontracted and the measurements required a lot of work during install 2. Electrical hook ups not working ** That has been fixed as of 9/10/2013 ** 3. Burner on Royal Range grill not firing up properly ** Royal ranges suggested modification of Air Intake valves, which the technician helped me resolve today - seems to be work well. ** We will see how their customer service and support resolves these issues. I spoke with them today and believe they will step up. All products sometimes have issues, so I'm not going to pass final judgement. Will update when things are working as we expect. BBQOulet sent out their tech (Ceasar) and he did a great job fixing the items. We fired up grill and it seems to run fine as of 9/10/2013. Michael read more

This company is not a Lynx dealer, they list brands that do not sell to trick customers into viditing there locations. They strive on the classic bate and switch! Most of the major manufacturers do not allow this company to sell their products. I would recommend you contact the manufacturer directly and find a authorized dealer that you can purchase product from. Even if they somehow have a Lynx to sell it will not have a warranty. I suggest everyone avoid this shady shop! read more

We purchased a BBQ island from here. Jason came to our house and helped us to determine what we needed. He gave us some great ideas. We love our Island and Jason was wonderful. Sunny, on the other hand needs to learn how to treat customers. We were supposed to get a refund from a sink we were not able to use but he never gave us the refund. I bought a Delta Heat grill from BBQ Outlet after looking at several other stores. BBQ Outlet's prices were by far the best. My landscape contractor was building a BBQ island in my backyard. The grill was installed by my landscape contractor. I also went to Sonny to make me a custom fireplace gas burner for the new built-in fireplace. It was built properly and to my exact specifications, at a very reasonable price. This sort of custom burner was not even available from some of the bigger stores in town. Sonny also had the best deal in town for the glass rocks. If you are expecting VIP installation service on a very short time schedule, you are unlikely to find ANY BBQ store that will be perfect. On the other hand, if you need quality stainless steel products for a quality price, especially if you are having a contractor do the install, then look no further. This is the best deal in town. He not only helped us pick all the proper components to our BBQ island but was very helpful and responsive with our requests. Even things that did not fit probably based on our poor judgment he was flexible and helped us figure the correct pieces. Even after we received our components he was very accessible and helpful and responded to whatever things we needed to change. My husband looked for the best pricing all over, not only in So Cal. but also in other states and Sunny was local and had the best pricing. He was a great person to work with. Not only does he carry all the great BBQ components and brand names but he also makes custom BBQ islands and firepits. When I call there is either no answer or after explaining the problem the employee tells me they will research it and get back with me. Guess what, they never call back. With so many options, I was having a hard time deciding on a new grill to replace my very old DCS -- especially deciding whether to get one with a searing burner or not. The staff at BBQ outlet were very knowledgeable and advised me that if I bought a really good grill like a Twin Eagles, I wouldn't need a searing burner, which can be quite finicky. That was great advice, as I have had the Twin Eagles grill for three months now, and could not be more satisfied. Great build, great performance. The price was good as well. i really wanted to give them a good review. in fact I have put off writing this to give them another chance , and another and another. We purchased 3 bar stools from them. Good experience. Then decided to get a table and 6 chairs. We needed them by a specific date for a party and explained this to them. They assured me they would have them by needed date. The said they would deliver the items on 7/4. I was very happy they would go out of their way to do this on a holiday. When they delivered the items they only brought 2 of the 6 chairs and the 2 they brought had different cushion covers than the bar stools. The next day we were having a big party and did not have time to pursue it so I patiently waited for the other 4 chairs. About 1 MONTH later we got the chairs. Again, with yet different cushion color. Now I have 9 chairs with 3 different cushions. Multiple calls and emails to Sonny and it is still not resolved. They did bring some matching cushions but not enough. Now I have 9 chairs in 2 different cushion patterns. The last straw was today when I called the store, spoke with Sunny and told him I would be in to straighten this out, he said he'd be there and when I arrived he was not there and did not inform the girl working what to do. It has been 8 months...... I'll keep this updated. 1/28/15 so today they brought the replacement cushions to match the others. delivered them to my house. NIce. I will change my rating, with the caveat if you purchase from them and do not need any further customer service , it is a good choice. If you need something further , it may take awhile to get it resolved. but they are polite about it ... :) read more

Just purchased a brand new Alfresco BBQ from BBQ Outlet. Best price around. They were very flexible and overall easy to work with -- I bought a cart from another business that had them on closeout - Sonny allowed me to have the cart delivered to him. BBQ Outlet assembled the grill on the cart and arranged for delivery. There was a bit of a glitch on the delivery side -- the guy delivering the grill was only there to deliver to the driveway; I was expecting him to bring the grill up to the patio (up 4 stairs) and finish the setup. I called Sonny and explained -- expecting him to leave me high and dry, but he didn't. 2 days later, he had 2 guys come and place the grill in the appropriate spot, ensured it was all connected and operating, and reviewed everything with my wife (I wasn't home at the time). I'm not sure what happened with some of the recent bad reviews, but my experience was positive. read more
