My family was craving some korean fried chicken for dinner so I placed an online order and it was ready in about 20 minutes! Maybe because of the size of our order, we got some complimentary pickled radishes which paired well with all the fried chicken goodness! Our favorites are: Honey Garlic, Garlic Soy and original! Even with the 10 minute drive back home, the chicken remained crispy and flavorful. No sogginess from any of the fried chicken, so that was a win! The drumsticks and wings were of decent size and were not small like some other chicken spots! We'll be ordering from them again when we have our next KFC craving! read more

I've heard of this place for a while and never got around to going. Finally today I placed an order. It was quick and ready with 15 minutes. I only ordered a 20pc lemon pepper wings. The wings were cooked to perfection and juicy. The badder was excellent. It was very crunchy and delicious. I just wish they had a platter style with a few more flavor options. I think that would be perfect. Interior was clean and a place to come and enjoy your lunch or dinner w a date or small group. I will be returning and maybe ordering a full chicken Order other than just wings. read more

Boneless with secret sauce is soooo good. Just the right amount of sweet and spicy. Even my kids eat them. Their white radish helps to cool down if you're feeling a bit spicy. They are very friendly. A plus. read more

BB.Q Chicken really changed the fried chicken game for me. I feel like nothing compares to Korean Fried Chicken. It's also so crispy, tasty and delicious!! ESPECIALLY this location. By far, the best bb.q Chicken location in terms of food quality and service. Whenever I order and pick-up, I'm greeted with a smile and how I'm doing. They have a cozy environment that gives me the comfortability of wanting to dine in or take out. To be honest, I don't mind either. Our favorite to order is the Soy Garlic Wings + Original Fried Wings. We save some money by cooking rice at home, but we would definitely order all the sides when we dine in. We love going to this spot, it's our favorite! Thank you, bb.q Chicken, Cypress! read more

Ordered here for the first time and have no complaints. The cheesling cheese balls were something different but I'd recommend it. Honey garlic is my fav flavor and their chicken is so crunchy and freshly made. read more

went back today and loved it yet again. owners were very nice and attentive and again the lady at the counter helped me pick something new. The wait wasn't long either which came in handy since i was in my lunch break. I forgot what the name was but i got a chicken bowl with white rice and cabbage. The cabbage was so good and sweet which i loved. Chicken was spicy and seasoned very well. And the portion was very generous . another 10/10 can't wait to try another dish from here! read more

Yoooooooooooooooo! This bb.q Chicken location is hands down my favorite. Even though I live in Cerritos, I always make the drive out here because the chicken just stays way crispier. Every time I order pickup from the Cerritos spot, they pack everything in plastic bags and the moisture builds up--by the time I get home, the chicken's already soggy. But THIS location? They use brown paper bags, so the chicken stays crunchy all the way home. Every takeout place should honestly know this trick by now! My go-to flavors are the Spicy Original or Cheeseling when I'm in the mood for something different. My family loves the Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic, so we usually grab three medium orders--about $33 each, so roughly $100 total. It lasts us through the night and into the next morning, usually 2-3 meals for all of us. Service is always friendly, and we usually call ahead for pickup after work. Plus, the ambiance inside is super family-friendly. read more

I really like their friendly customer service, great service, and delicious food. Since they don't have many staff members, dining in can be a little difficult, but even when I order for pickup, the food stays warm and maintains great quality. read more

No need to say about their chicken. Always great. Friendly and prompt service. They said 20 min and it was ready in 20 min. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience at bb.q Chicken. My order was delayed by approximately 40 minutes, and there was little to no communication regarding the delay. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was charged extra for radish. After such a significant delay, I would have expected some level of customer service whether that's a sincere apology, a complimentary side, or some gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Many restaurants go out of their way to take care of customers when delays happen, but that wasn't the case here. Unfortunately, no apology was offered, and I left feeling like my time and business were not valued. The food may be good, but customer service is just as important. Based on this experience, I would think twice before returning. read more

The chicken here is amazing. Crunchy, saucy, sweet and well seasoned. The owner even gave us some pickled radish to cool down the spicy tteokbokki, which was such a thoughtful touch. I told him it was my first time trying it and he warned me it was very spicy. I ate the pieces on the top that weren't sitting in the sauce. They were delicious! With a little radish in between pieces it was perfect. We will definitely be back again soon. We took our food to go, but It looks like it would be a great place to hang out for dinner. Highly recommended read more

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the honey garlic, fried, and secret sauce yangnyum drumsticks along with the cheesesticks -- everything was so good! The chicken pieces are huge and juicy -- they definitely don't skimp out on portion or size. Each flavor was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The new owner was super friendly and provided amazing service. You can really tell they care about quality and customers. Highly recommend this bb.q Chicken spot -- I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Beware. They will call you through restricted number and cuss at you for 1 star review. What a nice business method! ------------------------------------------------------ New ownership's service is just aweful. I ordered from this restaurant and I gotta say! The quality and the crispiness of the chicken is really freaking good! I ordered the Golden Original which was really crispy and juicy! It also has that slight spice which I really like! Waaay better than KFC that's all I'm gonna say! Secondly I ordered the Hot Spicy which I really recommend for spice fans! It has a sweet and spicy tang to it and it doesn't kick you in the butt when you eat it! It's delicious.. But if you're really up for the challenge and want more spice? They have Wings Of Fire! Third I ordered the Honey Garlic! Has to be one of my favorite from here, again crispy and really juicy and has that sweet garlic taste, really savory as well!! Really recommend going here and I will definitely come back here! read more

I eat here pretty often--if not this location, then the Cerritos one. The food still tastes the same and is still good. I did notice a few changes though. They now charge extra for radish even when you order chicken, which they didn't do before. The wings also seem a lot smaller than they used to be. It also gets pretty hot inside if you come before 2pm, which makes it uncomfortable to dine in. read more

Love this location & the owners! It's a family run operation and the service is always top notch - they clearly care about every person that comes in. The chicken, fries, so-dduk, snail salad, pickled radish, ddukbboki, etc etc are all so good. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Vibes are also great if you need a place to go to for a good dinner & some beers or soju. Will be back very soon :) read more

Management change! Food has vastly improved. Service is off the charts! I took my kids and their friend after a very long day and it was the perfect end to a very chaotic day of event planning. I never have left a review, n yesterday was first day trying bb.q and it was at this location. I ordered to go n got there at 9pm. The owner didn't seem happy when it closes at 9:30. Got a full chicken, half and half on flavor n tried to order ddokpoki but got denied on that one. Today I went back at 8:15pm to eat there and the owner told me no more dine in so I left and went to cerritos.. I realised what I paid for yesterday and today being same price, I got way more chicken then cypress location!! Why? I was dumbfounded on the portion difference, more then double from cypress location..what is going on. And the service, WOW! A HUGE DIFFERENCE. CYPRESS LOCATION SUCKS! Man was rude and the lady denies additional orders. Some reviews on here, I think are fake. read more

BBQ Chicken - 6pcs lunch special - Korean Near Me - Cypress, California

This review is only for their prices on Uber Eats, not the food. To be clear, the food is great, but my issue is with the cost of their side of ranch and their fries. To charge $3.59 for a small side of ranch through Uber Eats is absolutely ridiculous, and to top it off, they charge $6.59 for a very small side of fries. Their prices have always been too high, but this really killed it for me, and I will not be ordering again until they adjust their prices or at least match the amount of fries to the price. read more

BBQ Chicken - A ridiculously small side of fries for $6.59. - Korean Near Me - Cypress, California

BB.Q Chicken reinforces my thinking that Korean restaurants make the best fried chicken. Hands down. Their Golden Original Chicken Sandwich is no exception - it is crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and not greasy. The combo meal which I ordered, comes with a smallish mound of fries and a drink, and set me back ~$17 with tax. The sandwich by itself was $12.99, so it's north of the average prices I've seen. Nevertheless, I'd definitely be back here again, for the fast and friendly service, and the well-curated Korean menu (Bulgogi Rice Bowl, Gangnam-style chicken wings, Spicy Galbi wings, etc) that I look forward to trying. read more

I ordered two whole chickens -- one Secret Sauce and one Spicy Original. I mistakenly thought the Spicy Original would be fried, but it actually wasn't (totally my misunderstanding when ordering). When I called to ask about it, they kindly explained that my order was correct and both were seasoned, not fried. Even though it was my mistake, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Their customer service was so sweet and thoughtful, and they really went out of their way to help us. It honestly made such a difference. On top of that, the food was delicious! The chicken was well-made, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I truly appreciated their service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

I'm not sure if they got a batch of chicken that was smaller than usual, but I'll have to say that the order I got last night wasn't up to their usual standards. I got two medium boxes of the boneless honey garlic wings, and the pieces were much smaller than usual, and they were very tough. I was a little embarrassed when I brought them to my family's Christmas party, because I had been letting my sisters know how good their food is. Hopefully this was just a one-off thing, and it will be back to normal next time I give it a try. read more

If you want bbq chicken and have time, please drive to other place like Cerritos or garden grove location. I went to this place over a year ago and promised myself not to come back ever. I forgot why but I was reminded again - the service is TERRIBLE. Change of management or not, this place continues to provide the worst service to customers. The manager guy "appears" and "sounds" nice in the beginning but no he's the worst. He will give customers attitude and the bitch look despite of any tips being given. They also charge for pickled radish and cabbage salad, which are typically free at all other locations. Business is all about making the customers want to come back. Service is horrible here. I can see why it's mostly empty even during peak business hours. I will not come back here. read more

Great food. Was greeted warmly by the owner/ staff. Lots of empty seats in store during the Thanksgiving weekend. Good music in the store.
