The patty was cooked perfectly with melted pepper jack cheese. Also included was jalapeño, which was done 3 ways: smoked, pickled and crispy. That being said when doing food pickup they were really nice. Food - These were some hearty burgers. I had the kimchi burger, my fiance had the bacon burger. I didn't know until afterwards these were plant based! I would never have known. Burger was so good and juicy. We both also got fries, I had the garlic fries and I swear there was like a half cup of minced garlic on them lol no complaints. They also have some nice beer/cider selection. It was a little pricey but they delivered on a solid burger. Overall this was a perfect end to our day in Poulsbo. For our main dishes, we ordered two versions of the Linguini alla Checca: one loaded with large, perfectly grilled shrimp and the other topped with seared ling cod. Both pastas were light, flavorful, and beautifully executed with sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and generous shaved parmesan. The seafood was cooked just right and really stood out. In the mean time we were given yummy complimentary focaccia bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. The Salssicia pizza with sausages and mushrooms was a hit with our group.
