All were incredibly delicious. I had the habanero hot sauce (which is a 4 out of 5 for them) on all proteins. Its SUPER good. Just the right amount of heat for me, but probably not for folks who are sensitive to hot foods. Had the Chile de Arbol on the chicken, and it went really nicely with that. Last I put some Chipotle on a ground beef taco, and while it wasn't my favorite, it still added a nice smokey flavor and mild spice.
