I have noticed that lot of customers were waiting for their fish to be cleaned and fried for free of charge. It smelled good though. Inside you can find restaurants, money changers, street food. It was an interesting place for a first timer and definitely not the last.. Store was nice, big and very clean!! Plenty of parking in front of the store free of charge. I bought a package of chicken and when I got home, it was already rotten. Had a foul odor to it. I spoke to the sales girl when I came in and she didn't even apologize. All she said is do you have the card that you used to purchase ? The main issue is that I had to go all the way back there just to return something that they should've checked. one sales lady said it was expired but the manager Marie said that it wasn't expired and it had two more days to go so I had her check the temperature over near the refrigeration center and she said it was at 35. I don't think that's the right range that it should be at the sales lady told me that I should check the expiration date so now I'm debating if it was still on the shelf and it wasn't expired, then there's something wrong with their refrigerator or how they processed the meat. It was contaminated for some reason . I requested that the management contact me, but they never did so again they got away with it . I went purchased some items on July 6. It was HOPIA and when I opened it, it had mold already growing inside . I took pictures and have attached it to this complaint. I will be following up with a complaint with LA County health department. These two incidents are not the first time that I purchased something spoiled or rotten. I won't be going shopping there anymore since they don't seem to care about their customers and the quality of their food..
