This is one of the now extremely rare honest, fair and knowledgeable companies that really care about what the do. They really want to help you. Always very responsive; answered every time I called except for once, so I left a voicemail. I had a response within 2 hours that same day. Everyone I spoke with could not have been more friendly and understanding. Rick, one of the owners (I believe) spent close to an hour of total time over 3 days answering my questions with in depth information and advice on how to identify my issue and potentially manage it myself. It was clear that Rick really knows his stuff when it comes to bugs. I don't though, so I didn't feel confident identifying what I saw, even with his vivid descriptions. The price he quoted me for treatment was specific to my situation and was by far the fairest price I had heard to that point after speaking with 3 other companies. And due to my ambiguity bordering on paranoia, I finally decided to schedule a treatment, mostly for peace of mind. Rick had already mentioned previously that they were full for the rest of the week, but was able to find a time to squeeze me in the next day! The guy who came out (Larry?) was just as friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the bugs as carpet beetles, and explained that what I found was a small infestation that I could probably manage myself. At no point did anyone insist on treatment or make me feel like it was my only option, despite my many requests for their profession opinion. (Larry?) made sure to update me on their availability around this holiday season and told me I could simply call back if I noticed any more problems. They didn't charge me a dime for coming out and consulting, or for all the information Rick provided over the phone. From now on, if I hear anyone in my life mention a bug problem, this is the company I will recommend.

We were loyal customers for 9 years, then, they changed what types of weeds are included in their lawn service. For a particular weed (nutsedge, which until last year had been controlled in our lawn by this same service), they decided to start charging extra, telling us that their normal weed control juice does not kill nutsedge (it does). THEN, we literally watched service tech spray our lawn INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE AREAS AFFECTED BY NUTSEDGE. This in itself didn't lead me to post a negative review, but it did lead me to cancelling the service. Only they didn't cancel the service. Now they've started up again and refuse to refund the charges for this new season even though we canceled last May. All the other reviews look positive? Of course... They deleted my negative review on another site within an hour or two of posting. So not only are their business practices questionable, they also "polish" their reviews, their Facebook page, and who knows what else so that everything looks pretty and shiny. They were great until they weren't. Once you have a dispute with them, customer service goes from kind and nice to nasty venom. Beware, no matter how good Royse seems at first. We signed a 6 month contract but based on Arab's analysis they said they would probably only need three months to solve the problem. And they did only need three. At any rate they had no intention of charging us for 6 months, because they did not charge us for 6 months when they were able to determine they had solved the problem after 3 months. Arab was referred to us by a friend who had hired them. We had estimates from a few exterminators, but the estimates were ridiculously high and all the others wanted to do was heat the house, which can and would do weird things to wood, wherever wood happens to be in a house. And that isn't guaranteed to work anyway. Arab is minimally intrusive. Hire Arab. Let them do whatever they think is necessary. Do everything they say you should do. There may be things you should do in order to maximize Arab's effectiveness when it comes to bedbugs. Let Arab work with you to solve your problem. You'll see that everything I say here is true. After reviewing pictures of the bugs that we took, as well as a wing that was left behind, and not seeing any damage or bugs out, he determined it very unlikely we had termites. He inspected the rest of the perimeter & basement for any other sign of pest trouble. When asked if they deal with moles, he informed me in certain areas they do but not in my part of Northern, KY. Instead he gave me tips on how to rid the yard of moles doing it on my own. At the end of the inspection he gave me some sticky boards for the cave crickets we occasionally get in the basement. He wouldn't take any money for those or the consultation. Top notch customer service that comes off as trustworthy as they get
