Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? You're a store, how can you not have bags? I told her I didn't want the item any longer and walked out. This was the last and final straw. Too bad, I'll have to stick with other locations. This location doesn't seem to care about helping customers or doing their job properly.

The employees lacked basic manners--no "excuse me," no acknowledgment, nothing. In the women's shoe section, one employee was aggressively sorting shoes, making the environment feel uncomfortable. What really bothered me was another employee who, instead of politely asking to pass, forcefully pushed my cart against me while I was standing in the aisle still all the way towards the end of the aisle. There was this couple who witnessed what happened. It felt intentional and very disrespectful. She was very aggressive and rude towards me for no reason. She didn't try to upsell me at all when I told her I'd prefer the least expensive tier of lehengas she had and showed me only outfits within my budget. She let me try on multiple outfits, showed me exactly how to pin the scarf and sent me home with the necessary pins.
