Forget being treated professionally--being treated with NEUTRALITY is wildly aspirational here. I stopped by in person to inquire about ordering flowers for Mother's Day about 10 days in advance, just to ask some basic questions. After demonstrating the audacity to inquire about baskets and differences between tiers, I was met with audible sighs and eye rolls that escalated into beratement of my ignorance. The level of unprompted venom was astonishing! Despite my unforgivable transgression of inquiring about the basket diameter of the "Country Blooms" arrangement, I hung my head and meekly submitted my order. I called a couple days later to change the time of my pickup and was immediately screamed at, with the level of hostility normally demonstrated during international war: (verbatim) "do you KNOW how many customers we have? We have HUNDREDS! You're just going to have to wait in the pickup line!" I was completely stunned by this. Okay, congrats. Nina did not consider the radical alternative of asking my last name to clarify my order. This defies reason. It genuinely feels like Nina's Flowers is trying to repel new customers. Unless you enjoy being chastised like a cowering servant in a Brontë novel, I highly recommend you spare your dignity (and money) and go literally anywhere else. EDIT: Angel's Flowers in Newark is selling the same products on their website for like half the price.
