We had a complicated mess of plumbing issues--mainly caused by massive tree roots wreaking havoc underground. Over time, we had no fewer than six licensed plumbers come out to diagnose and fix the problem, with little success. It started with our water bill suddenly tripling, which led us to suspect a leak somewhere--but in a large house, that's easier said than found. Dave came out and quickly identified three separate issues: two toilets that needed new internal parts and three landscape valves that were leaking. Those were straightforward fixes, and he handled them efficiently. But the real challenge was in our backyard. Both patio drains had been completely clogged by roots, causing water to pool dangerously close to the house whenever it rained or we watered. Previous attempts to fix it had failed--and even made things worse, including broken snake lines stuck in the pipes. At that point, I was bracing for the worst: tearing up concrete and a major, messy excavation. What happened instead completely exceeded my expectations. Dave and his crew not only found and fixed the root of the problem, but they also corrected the damage left behind by previous plumbers. The precision and care they showed were incredible. The concrete work was far more minimal than I imagined for a job of this size, and when they finished (in just two days), the area was spotless. Truly spotless. I called the company who previously hydro jetted to come back out and do it again. I even told them I needed them to hydro jet and they didn't bother to bring the van with the hydro jet machine. They told me they would come back in a couple hours (after a personal appointment). Needless to say they did not. Instead they strung me along all day just to cancel on me at 5 p.m. He was originally out at 11 a.m. I called Rooter Boys around 5 p.m. and spoke with Tony who connected me the technician, Sam. Sam said he'd be out to me between 40 minutes to an hour. I think he was there under 40 minutes. Sam was fast, efficient, super nice and more importantly super knowledgeable! An added bonus is Rooter Boys was considerably CHEAPER than the other guys! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!
