Called for appointment and got in within two hours. The smog check took less than 30 minutes and the Yelp contact yielded a lower price than advertised. There was no attempt at up-selling. Just contact him through Yelp for a price and indicate year and model of car and he provided the price and held to it. The owner was very professional and courteous. I had previously had another Concord smog dealer (not through Yelp) that quoted me one price on the phone, then a higher price when I arrived, then another higher price after they connected their equipment for the smog check. Went here for my once every two year smog check and was super pleased! I called in the morning and was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. When I arrived, the owner was working on my vehicle in just a couple of minutes, right on schedule. Everything passed, we finished the paper work and I was done! Arrived around 10:15am on a Friday. As soon as owner Naqib was done with another customer he came to me and introduced himself - polite and enthusiastic. Did my smog check quickly and efficiently. When we were in the office paying he informed me the DMV would have the results electronically in about 30 minutes. Great interaction, reasonable price.
