Jennifer, the Office Manger is the friendliest, most personable professional I have ever encountered! She is attentive, and everything is taken care of. Dr. Parker is enthusiastic, a terrific listener and you can tell she truly cares about the health of your child. I've never experienced a practice such as this and I would recommend this practice to any one seeking to feel supported throughout their journey to living a healthy life for their children.

She also kept pushing vitamin D drops; however, I ensure my child gets at least ten minutes outside daily and I take my prenatals. It was very annoying to me that kept shoving fake things on me when my child is getting the real stuff (i.e. breastmilk and sunshine). Also, the office can really use some updating. There is so much dust in the patient exam rooms that we have been in. For a doctor's office, I would expect it to be much cleaner!

Conexus Labs has a reservation application that is not functional. You do not have a reservation. You are a walk-in registered at the time you sign in there. So be prepared to wait. Do not make a reservation thinking you will be done in an hour - you will still be waiting. I find it ridiculous that I was lied to about not being able to use LabCorp (specifically asked and was told no) and then lied to by Conexus about having a reservation.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!
