Not to mention at my son's 3 week appointment when they did his heel stick, they sent a brand new nurse or cna in, not sure which, and I had to send her to get someone else as she couldn't complete the task quickly. After almost 2 minutes of her squeezing his heel and him screaming, she wasn't even a quarter of he way done. Thankfully, the nurse who came in to retry had it done in less than 30 seconds. Dr. Gordon is basically a fossil and has no bed side manner at all. He makes you feel like you're an idiot. I'm just thankful I found a practice that actually listens, and takes care of their patients.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

I wanted the Davidsonville location but they were giving me a hard time with booking. They schedule the first visit at the Crofton location. I get to the appointment to find out they cancelled one of my childrens appointment. The "Nurse" declined seeing one my children. The manager was not able to work anything and a male doctor came out not even bothered by the situation. I can tell the care at Crofton location is not there. I don't want an office that starts with horrible service and lack of communication. My children deserve a doctor and office that will be accurate in there care. Plus, the office is out dated and is unwelcoming. That's how you know they don't care for anything.

However just keep in mind that you never know what's going on in the room next to or across from you with the provider you're supposed to be seeing. Sometimes what a parent thinks is just a quick trip to the doctors for a "runny nose with a cough" can turn into a medical emergency. That can hold the provider up while they're waiting for the ambulance or for the specialist to call them back. I'm sure if it was your child you would want another parent to understand. My dad was a patient of Dr. Briscoe's at this practice when it was first opened. Dr. Sutton saved my older brother's life when he was a newborn in 1983 when he had a bowel obstruction that Arundel General Hospital(now AAMC) missed. Both my older brother and I were seen at this practice from the time we were newborns until we turned 18. Both my children who are now 14 and 10 have been coming to this practice since they were newborns. My son started wheezing before he turned 2 months old and had other medical issues and other medical diagnoses as he's gotten older and he's always had the best care here as well as my daughter. I have had certain providers call me to check on both my kids when they've been really sick to make sure that they're feeling better, one even called me on her day off which meant a lot to me and was something that she didn't have to do. Need some advice as to who to see? Dr. Libber is an absolutely amazing and compassionate pediatrician. I can't say enough kind words about him. He's been there since both my brother and I were young kids. Dr. Edwards became my pediatrician in 1997 when I turned 12 and she's absolutely amazing. Dr. Fassil, Dr. Conrad, and Dr. Lester are also both great doctors that I would highly recommend. Nichole Tucker who's a nurse practitioner is absolutely fabulous and goes the extra mile for her patients. Kendra Nagey who's another nurse practitioner is absolutely amazing and she also goes the extra mile. I've also never not had a return phone call from a nurse when I've had to call especially when the automated phone system makes you verify your phone number.

This review is about Conexus Laboratories, who we were told by Annapolis Pediatrics we HAD TO USE…read more That is a lie. They prefer you to use Conexus because it's less paperwork for them. Conexus Labs has a reservation application that is not functional. You do not have a reservation. You are a walk-in registered at the time you sign in there. So be prepared to wait. Do not make a reservation thinking you will be done in an hour - you will still be waiting. I find it ridiculous that I was lied to about not being able to use LabCorp (specifically asked and was told no) and then lied to by Conexus about having a reservation.

We are a Military family so our choices are limited. I'm willing to drive anywhere else to get away from this practice. They NEVER have appointments and we are always ending up in Urgent Care. They actually know us in there and my kids really don't get sick that often. That is pretty bad.

We didn't have to bring insurance information to bill anything-just a quick in & out reliable service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The employee doing the actual piercing walked us through the process & next steps with incredible detail. She worked so well with our daughter- I immediately called our pediatrician to suggest they refer anyone looking for a Dr. based piercing to go to this location.
