My son's principle doctor was Dr. Chaney who always delivered expert care with a wonderful, calming attitude. We now see Dr. Nold Who is equally as wonderful. She also kept pushing vitamin D drops; however, I ensure my child gets at least ten minutes outside daily and I take my prenatals. It was very annoying to me that kept shoving fake things on me when my child is getting the real stuff (i.e. breastmilk and sunshine). Also, the office can really use some updating. There is so much dust in the patient exam rooms that we have been in. For a doctor's office, I would expect it to be much cleaner!

Conexus Labs has a reservation application that is not functional. You do not have a reservation. You are a walk-in registered at the time you sign in there. So be prepared to wait. Do not make a reservation thinking you will be done in an hour - you will still be waiting. I find it ridiculous that I was lied to about not being able to use LabCorp (specifically asked and was told no) and then lied to by Conexus about having a reservation.

I know others…read moreare complaining about wait times, but we have had nothing but prompt service here at PM Pediatrics. There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

My girls ended up aging out, because it was a pediatric office, or we would still be with Carol Forsyth. My daughter had a soft cell tumor on her leg, that needed surgery. Thank goodness that she had a Doctor Who went the extra mile... She has a big dent in her leg still, but she has a leg. If it not had been for Carol Forsyth to really push the issue, my daughter might have lost the main bone in her leg and had a metal rod there. Still have a great respect for Carol Forsyth!!!

Horrible front desk staff today. I am 6 months pregnant. I just got back from a long abroad living…read moresituation And a big move. I had to get new insurance cards done for the whole family. Since we couldn't receive our cards until after a PCP is assigned and I was taking my kids to their first appointment today they didn't have their insurance cards. They did Have all their medical records however AND it would have shown their insurance and numbers. The woman at the front desk decided she didn't want to contact medical records or anyone for that matter to help us into our appointment. I drove 50 mins 6 months pregnant to get my kids their exams for school. And they denied me entry. I even tried to call the insurance provider but since I didn't have the Medicaid number they wouldn't give me the provider ID. So NO ONE helped me and all this could have been solved if the front desk person would have just made a quick call to their OWN records dept. NEVER again will I return to this place. Ever.

We only attended the practice to get our daughter's ears pierced prior to her one-year birthday…read more The practice made it super easy to schedule an appointment, only requiring we fax over vaccination records and bring a method of payment day of ($50 for the ear piercing). We didn't have to bring insurance information to bill anything-just a quick in & out reliable service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The employee doing the actual piercing walked us through the process & next steps with incredible detail. She worked so well with our daughter- I immediately called our pediatrician to suggest they refer anyone looking for a Dr. based piercing to go to this location.
