When I first started coming here it seemed to be managed by Vietnamese but now it appears to be all Latino staffed. Perhaps it changed hands. The quality it still similar, I just appreciate when the ethnicity of the food matches the staff, when possible. But, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. Only thing I don't like is that they are open until 9:PM but it seems if you come after 8:30 they are cleaning up and don't really want to serve you. They should serve until closing time. This is not uncommon in restaurants, but you know... sometimes you really want that bowl of Pho! The search engines list them as OPEN, but they really aren't. I like it and will keep returning.
