The cashier repeated it but somehow put it in as only No onions No cheese which means Onky peppers and mushrooms. My husband does not eat peppers-or mushrooms. The manager refused to make the sandwich again after repeated requests to do so. We did not order the sandwich incorrectly because he does not eat that. This restaurant used to be good but has become a joke here. Should have known there was going to be an issue from all the signs posted about No Refunds. Will never eat there again. Manager was rude.

It's great when I find delicious down home southern food, because we don't get this in Ca where we're from. On top of this they had three middle management people behind the counter who were instrumental in screwing it up. It took almost thirty minutes to get my order correct. A manager ( who a n employee stated was the "big boss" for the area was extremely defensive and rude. If they are striving for incompetency the have succeeded immensely. On top of this, you cannot contact their corporate office to complain, as they don not answer their phones or return calls. Apparently this is a company wide problem.
