Peach Park offers BBQ, ice cream, pies, and a fresh produce stand. I was happy with my BBQ pork sandwich and fries, and I especially enjoyed a slice of fried peach pie. For something to take home, I picked up some nice Chilton County peaches and fresh okra. But the real appeal is the setting. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, along with a playground for the kids. There are also some nice, tree-covered trails that are perfect for a short walk. I most frequently order the same three flavors at any ice cream establishment: Banana, Buckeye/Peanut Butter, and Birthday Cake. The Buckeye/Peanut Butter was mostly vanilla, super disappointed, but appreciate the fact it's homemade ice cream, so every scoop is different. The banana is fake! Don't even waste your time on a scoop of banana unless you bring your own to mix into a vanilla, if you are as obsessed with banana ice cream as I am. The birthday cake was decent, but not the best I've had. The ratio of icing to ice cream was fantastic, I will admit. The times that I've come here, the service was up to standard. The staff were kind. The ambiance is fast casual, you can sit and eat your ice cream at a quick table or go through the drive thru. The servings are decently sized for the price. The ice cream is creamy and airy but makes you feel so full after!
