My favorite salad from Zaxby's is the grilled chicken Cobb salad it's so good . It's always fresh with veggies, boiled eggs and grilled chicken on top. It also comes with Texas toast that is amazing The staff are always kind, friendly and will help you out if needed. The inside is always clean and love the layout and the convenience at the drink area. They have good parking too. You won't go wrong eating at Zaxby's. The only thing I would change is bring back the BLT ranch tacos. I am so in love with those it crazy. So delicious and the other to bring back is the grilled chicken Caesar salad , I really miss both of those. Happy New Year everyone and stay safe. read more

We were struggling to find a place to eat and someone suggested Zaxby's. We ended up going in and my uncle decided to order. I decided to order the Buffalo chicken fingers and fries which were great. It was a nice relaxed place to sit in and was set up nice. The staff and the servers were polite but the biggest thing was how much we enjoyed all of our food. The group also spoke highly of the wings also but def take the time out to try the food you won't regret it. read more

Food was good and was served quickly. This is a good stop along Hwy80 for travellers. Zaxby's are common in our area, but there were several problems at this location: The new drink dispenser area was a wreck, ice everywhere. Ketchup dispenser was empty, pepper shaker on the table was empty, towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, trash cans in the dining room were full. Seems like a management issue. read more

Never been to Zaxby's restaurant but we were tired and cold. I called my granddaughter who suggested her favorite were the salad with grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing. She also suggested the Club sandwich which was serves on Texas toast. Both were very good though the next time I'll request that the cheese be left off--that is a personal choice. The place was clean and the staff were ever so helpful with my handicapped husband. I ordered a large drink but he could not hold on the cup so I asked for a smaller cup and they were so very understanding. When he wandered out while I was in the restroom the guard watched him and then notified me. Guardian angels were in Zaxby's tonight! read more

This place is a joke. They make you pull out front in the parking lot and wait 15-25 min. The food was very cold and prepared poorly.

Today my daughters and I stopped at Zaxbys drive thru for 2 cups of ice. At 1st everything was fine until we got to the window. The young lady was so rude she didn't speak, she balled the receipt up along with the change and slammed the window. I ask her for 2 spoons, she replied" we don't have no spoons" and slammed the window back. My daughter laughed and she said Ma she is upset with me because I am dating her ex boyfriend. I'm like, really ? All this over a guy that you have been dating for months? So I went inside and spoke to the manager she got even angrier . He claimed he was going to call her in the office and speak with her about her attitude. I was told after I left that the manager Malik Hope who I spoke with wasn't going to do anything about it neither will the GM ,Ms.Purifoy. So this is the type of behavior you all are teaching your employees? No wonder the young people in Selma are so screwed up because of the type of leadership they are exposed to. read more

Every time I have eaten here the place is filthy. The floor is unreasonably sticky and tables, even after being cleaned, still need to be scrubbed. The only plus to this Zaxby's is that the food is really good and the workers are friendly enough. Same quality as Zaxbys restaurants anywhere but waited for food for about 15 minutes. They have about 3 very pissed off ladies in the back struggling to cook and about 4 "attendants and cashiers" in the front with only 1 cashier open. Hence the other 3 cashier attendants are just effin around while there's a crowd of rabid ppl just waiting for their food. Wow.. I was not impressed with the food at Zaxbys. I got the 5 chicken fingers with fries plate and the chicken fingers were literally the width of my fingers, Horribly small for what you pay. Then they overdid it with the fries. The manager pitched me on trying the world famous Cole slaw and they gave me two spoonfuls when I got my order. read more
