I am not a huge fast food fan; but while driving through, I popped in to get an impossible burger and relax before the next leg of my journey. After the order was placed; and I was waiting on the order, I observed the demeanor of the staff; and was appalled by what I saw & heard. There was loud boisterous laughter and banter; talking about people that were in the drive through; unprofessional behavior which made me feel I was more at a cook-out and less than a professional restaurant. While the banter may have been in jest; some pretty hurtful things were said, that lead me to believe, that possibly I could be the target of their conversation and banter when I left. So instead of relaxing in the dining room; I retreated to my vehicle and left. I was so turned off by this behavior I don't recall if I actually enjoyed the food. While I know this may be standard operating procedures in many settings; to do this in front of customers and within earshot of the customers is not only less than professional; but very tacky. I realize that fast food restaurants tend to attract a younger age group of workers; it doesn't bode well for the overall look of Burger King. Customer Service training is greatly needed. read more

This Burger King actually provides pretty good service. I come here pretty often so occasionally they will have a large crowd but most of the time they do a really good job dealing with the large crowd and getting customers their food. They are accurate with your order and the staff is very friendly. The only issue is the drink machine fails quite a bit.... read more

Longest I've ever had to wait at any drive through. O amen, I know this isn't chick fil a but 20 minute wait is insane

First off, we walked in to be served by the manager. She didn't provide us the correct size drink ordered. There were 3 working while 5 were on smoke break, with 15 people in line. Were were first to order, it took 20 minutes to get food. When we were given our coffee, it was given 1/2 full. Employees 3 outside smoking, sitting in car. Two OTHER employees walked in from smoking, handling food NEVER washed their hands. I believe that violates health Dept standards!!! The employees appeared to be medicated in slow movements and inability to retain short term memory on what was ordered. Not to mention, the manager attempted to put a customers credit card in her pocket! The customer stated, that is mine and put her hand out, it was only then the manager withdrew from her front pocket and returned to customer. Service horrible, tables were filthy, wait time ridiculous and employees not washing hands from outside, then handling food. I recommend you avoid this place, until the owner makes time to retrain up to Burger King standards read more
