I tasted the Mac and cheese. Needed salt. The beans were OK tasted like they came out of a can. The chicken was dry and didn't look cooked all the way as I got closer to the bone. On top of this they had three middle management people behind the counter who were instrumental in screwing it up. It took almost thirty minutes to get my order correct. A manager ( who a n employee stated was the "big boss" for the area was extremely defensive and rude. If they are striving for incompetency the have succeeded immensely. On top of this, you cannot contact their corporate office to complain, as they don not answer their phones or return calls. Apparently this is a company wide problem.
