I got 5 pieces of fried catfish fillets which I already know I love, and some green beans. It took maybe five minutes tops to receive my order, they were so fast. I always get way more fish than I need but it's is absolutely so perfectly cooked and the taste is amazing. So I keep it on hand and make several meals out of it. It is good the next day too. I just put in air fryer for 2-3 mins. and it's just like new. I've eaten fish from all over growing up in Florida. And it is to me the best fish I've ever had, no joke. The string beans are made different than the way I've always had them. They use some spices that you wouldn't think of normally but they go perfect with their seafood. I also get a lot of shrimp that are also fantastic. Nice and cooked crispy outside moist and tender inside. The people working there are always so nice, never rude or act like they would rather be anywhere other than work. Never have I seen anything like that. They always ask if you need anything else, smile and that's rare these days. I know I'm going on and on but that just shows you how much I really do love Sam's. If you are eating inside it's the same kindness from the employees and nice , clean , and spacious. Ok, I think I'm done. Thanks for reading and will try not to text forever next time. I don't set the bar very high, but these people were just zero class. They would not take my order to begin with. Acted upset that I was even disrupting them. They had a bunch of other people behind counter (not employee). I asked for the manager, and was told they did not have one.

I clearly understand that near the end of the work day people attempt to skimp on key areas of orders, however, this careless display of negligence had to be documented because the order had might as well have been wrapped in "lean" or "thin-cut" bacon from the half-hearted wrapping done on the employees part. I hope in the future that employees take more pride in their craft or at least offer a satisfactory experience to their customers.

I could tell over the speaker that the cashier was annoyed, and no, I didn't add any changes or want anything special. I tried to make polite small talk at the window, but she closed the window in my face! She shoved my food in the hand and didn't bother to say anything when I said "Thanks! Have a good day!"
