This place is horrible. A few months ago I went here and got a chicken sandwich. I thought that everything was fine until I ate the middle of it.. IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW! Ruined my whole entire appetite, I was straight up disgusted. Today I went and got a cheeseburger with some fries. I was eating the fries and at the bottom of the box was a dead bug WTF?! Two men were inside the resturant, one while we were ordering and the other while we were sitting in the resturant eating. The third one was in the parking lot. We left before we finished our meal. I went through the drive thru at this location I ordered a double fish fillet meal with extra tartar sauce but as a got a couple miles away and opened the box it wasn't what I ordered.So I returned to the restaurant and made contact with a manager.The manager took the bag opened the sandwich and past it to the grill people and asked them to put tartar sauce on it instead of remaking it.Then she put it back in the bag and gave it to me.So I asked could I at least have fresh fries and she took the fries I asked the person on the Frie station to put hot fries on top of the cold ones.So I asked for a refund and was ignored so I went to my car to get the drink to return the full meal and the manager just ignored me to finally the front counter person came in and she instructed her to issue the refund and the front counter person was very apologetic. I left feeling so disappointed but I rarely get any kind service here so rarely visit as a did before. I hope they can get some better management read more

Ronald McDonald at this location must be sitting out back having a smoke because I've never seen a slower, less caring group of people work with the public. It was not busy by any means and yet they had to write initials on the receipts because food was so slow. Coffee seemed to be a major issue as they made it obvious that getting it for you was devastatingly painful. They were "out" of several items on the menu. The only reason they didn't get a 1 is that the restaurant was clean. I ordered a ten piece nugget meal which includes ten nuggets, medium size fries, and a drink, as well as a caramel sunday. My experience was quite conflicting. I was disappointed to hear that their ice cream machine was down. I honestly do not believe it was down, but maybe they did not feel like fixing the ice cream. I only have this thought because I asked more than twice for the caramel sunday and each time the cashier responded, "what size do you want your frappe?" I ordered 1 mushroom Swiss burger , 1 small fry and 6 piece nuggets, I live 20 minutes away. When I got home I had 1 large fry and and a small cheese burger or kids. New manager Kim is horrid. When I asked for a refund she started screaming, "I didn't bring you that on a nakin" you don't throw it at me on a nakin' You get that bag I gave it to you in. " I said I would be happy to get the bag from my car , but I didnt throw it at you, just laid it on the counter. She continued her high pitched rant as she walked away to the fry bin and continued there. I have no rating for this place. The service was poor. My husband & I went in placed our order...a 20 piece mcnugget with small fry & large drink & a kids hamburger meal...which i didn't get...with a bottled water. We paid & as we started to walk away they called our number. We had not even had time to look at our ticket number so I didn't think it was ours. She called the number a second time so my husband looked at our receipt & said thats us. They didn't have time to cook a 20 piece mcnugget or fresh fries or even a small burger but I took it & he fixed his drink & then we sat down. We opened the bag the nuggets & burger were warm & edible but the fries were cold & stale. I took them back to the counter & told them they could keep them because we didn't pay for old food. We would not be back & would not recommend their restaurant to anyone but would spread the word on how they treat their customers. The next time that happens. I won't even accept the food at all. Wow, what a piece of work this one is, and I don't mean that in a good way. Stinky, dirty, really dirty restroom and tables, especially the handicapped, bad management, which spills over to bad employees. Anyway, unfortunately I worked for Martin Brower for many years. They are the purveyors of almost all of Mc Donald's food. You'd be surprised to learn that they only make a penny on their regular hamburgers. The majority of their revenue comes from potatoes and drinks. They are the Number one buyer of potatoes in the country. At least, they used to be when I worked for them. Being one of the best run machines in America in my opinion, I'm surprised corporate hasn't closed this one. I have known of such a thing happening. No doubt the owner is unaware of what the store is doing. Personally, I love their breakfast over most places, but I'm a fan of the Whataburgers in Texas. I will completely agree with the previous reviewer...when I say the service in this resturant at 733am on Saturday morning of the 18th of March was so rediculous...I am not a fan of burger king either but on my return trip home I stopped at Burger King instead of Mcdonalds and found the service to much better. First of all the drive thru at this particular time was not packed and I could see 4 people including a Team Lead or So Call Manager standing around but between the 4 of them my order was wrong. I order 2 combo's and 2 hashbrowns for a $1 which should total 4 hashbrowns. Only got 3 in the bag and they wanted to argue with me on the math stating it was wrong up wrong. I asked the mgr to explain and she said the person who took the order rung up a combo individually meaning instead of me paying combo price I paid individual price for my items. Well if that is the case I should of had 6 hashbrowns in my bag.... Just know if your going to go to this resturant please check your change and review your receipt becuase neither the cashiers nor the manager can count on top of that my egg muffin bread tasting like it was day old bread....SMDH!! it was 733am in the morning there is no reason why the food should not be fresh you only been opened maybe 2 hours. read more
