What I loved most about this dish is that it was not greasy, which I've found difficult to find when ordering lo mein. Hong Kong Taste is my go to for Chinese in Clanton. It has changed little over the years it has been open. Some recipes have changed but good food and great, friendly service have remained a staple of this establishment.
