This is a 'I'm so hungry I want to go to an all-you-can-eat buffet' place. Number 1 China does offer a pretty good buffet for the price you'd expect to pay. Some of the food doesn't taste too bad but I always have to wonder how much (if any) MSG is being used. It is often very busy and you're more than likely going to see someone you know in this small town. There's nothing fancy about the inside but it is adequate. Here is why I'm giving this restaurant 2 (2 1/2) stars. The problem with Number 1 China has to do with the fact that EVERY time my wife and I have gone there, one or both of us has stomach problems right afterwards. Every time. Typically this sort of thing happens because of bad food prep (not clean) or ingredients that are contaminated. Not sure what it could be with this place.
