My husband and I have eaten here since they opened. We have tried the other Asian restaurants in the area but we always pick jinjins. There food is always hot ,tasty and order up pretty fast. The staff is very pleasant to talk to and polite. They smile when they see people come in. Giving a welcoming feeling. The restaurant is always clean and the bathroom is in order. Go on down there and give them a try. read more

Nastiest crap ever! Ordered veg soup, mostly broccoli,ZERO shiitake mushrooms, and the broth watery tasteless. The small container of fried rice was supposed to be chicken fried rice, but ZERO chicken and 80% old grease. It tasted nasty, I couldn't identify the flavor. My friend picked it up for me and any questions she asked, the old lady yelled at her "look at the menu". Save your money for a better place. I will never order from them again. read more

I went in for carryout about 7:30 Monday night and it was absolutely delicious I probably got like seven or eight different entrees even the raccoons were delicious the egg rolls were a little hard for me but they were really good on the inside and the orange chicken was fabulous we loved it me and my granddaughter she's 18 and she's kind of picky sometime but she loved that thank you so much and the lady was so nice up front read more

I'm kind of in between decisions. I had been wanting to try this place so I finally did. I don't have anything bad to say about this place however for it to be Chinese food, it was bland, no seasoning taste to me. The service was nice & fast which is always a good thing. The pork & spring rolls were delicious. I am going back, I believe they were getting ready to close which calls for a revisit. read more

This is probably the worst experience dealing with a business ive ever had. First off the lady answering the phone put me on hold and sat the phone down for over 10 mins. I had to hang up and call back and she did it again. I could hear her talking to a coworker. So I called again. Didnt know how they did their menu so was asking a few questions but I guess I wasn't fast enough so she said I was to slow and hung up again. My wife wanted jin jin (we grew up on milton jin jin- GREAT) so she called and hurried and ordered. But I had to pick it up and I guess she recognized my voice and after giving me my food, told me off and I think cussed me out in Chinese. She did say she'd spit n my food if i came back. Absolutely horrible customer service. I got the general chicken and wife got beef and broccoli. Mine was very close to undercooked and just gross and luke warm. My wifes sauce had something that looked like powder or flour in iy, not blended completely i guess. And both fried rice was hard like it was cooked that morning and just been sitting. All around horrible in every aspect of their business. DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE! Wanna try Jin Jin... go to milton! Great in every way and great friendly customer service. read more

Visiting our son and wanted some good Chinese food. He heard from a friend, Jin Jin is the best in Crestview. It absolutely is delicious! The General Tso Chicken was my favorite with lotsa flavor and spicy! read more

Stopped in to pick up lunch for our office. I walked in and I was not greeted. The workers looked dirt and were missing teeth. The people cooking was wiping sweat over the cooktop. One man cooking was even talking on the phone while cooking. I waited to place my order, but the little old rude lady out front, never took my order. I waited about 5 minutes, and I left. I ended up getting our lunch from Pounders. It was delicious, and we spent a whopping 123.78. Please avoid this dirty looking dump. I had never been here. I am glad she didn't take my order. That place looks disgusting inside, and unclean. read more

Came back to edit and add that almost every time I have placed an order, which is usually 4 dinners, they have included a bag of free wontons and/or spring rolls. For years they have done this. You should order! -I have placed two large over $100 orders in the last couple of months. Each time food was ready in 30 minutes or less. It tastes fresh and good. Our staple orders are plain lo mein noodles(soaked in possibly a teryaki) or white rice with Orange chicken mild (you can choose spice level), General Tsao's chicken, Beef with broccoli, Sesame chicken, dumplings, wontons, and spring rolls. Both times our order has been fresh and ready when time specified. I love the new order online system. It is easy and convenient. Enjoying my dinner tonight thanks to Jin Jin Crestview. I think possibly new management in the last year, but we have not ever had a bad meal. Always good. Thank you. read more

Not Good!! Ordered chicken Fried Rice take out and chicken was undercooked and some bits looked raw. Threw out and wasted my money. Won't use this location again, Defuniak Springs is better. read more

"It tasted like someone cut their grass, then stopped at a gas station and filled up the tank, then came to work and cooked our food without washing their hands." I ordered the general tso chicken. My wife had the sesame chicken and the kids had the sweet and sour chicken. My food smelled like gas. My wife spit out her first bite. Tried to eat another bite and said she was done. The sweet and sour chicken looked and smelled good but I didn't taste it. Didn't even bother trying the egg rolls I wasn't brave enough. Waste of money. 1 star read more

The food and portions were a good size. The best Chinese food in Crestview. The service was quick

Love the fried rice and kale chicken here, the food is fresh and authentic Chinese style.

We stopped here trying to find something quick to feed 4 adults and 2 kids. Standard menu and fair pricing. Appeared to be a family type restaurant. Looked pretty busy and everyone was working hard to get pick up orders out. Our food was completed within 15 mins and girl behind counter was very friendly and helpful. Brought it home and order was correct and very good. Don't let the exterior of building and disarray inside scare you. Good food, quickly prepared and great tasting. read more

Just placed a huge order for a family of five. Family style. Food was great. But the prices do not match with what they charge you. Going by the current menu they have on the counter. When called to dispute charges, she then hangs up. For this we will not be returning. read more

I've never had an issue with their food, just like any other Chinese restaurant in a small town. Way better priced than Panda Express and it tastes better too. read more

Jin Jin China Restaurant - Great food - Chinese Near Me - Crestview, Florida

As far as fast-food Chinese takeout goes, this place is pretty good. I bought food here late one night on a road trip. Good sized portions and the veggies were very fresh and crisp, the way I like it. Good prices too, I was able to buy too much food for a family of five for under $20 bucks. The owner was friendly too. Like I said I went there late at night so I got my food very quickly. read more

Friendly, fast, and delicious!! Their food tastes like a grandmother made it. It's different than typical Chinese food. Better flavor and texture! We will most definitely be going back. read more

Still enjoying the food here. We get cheese wontons once a week to go with our Thai curry takeout, and we eat a full meal from Jin Jin once a month or so. The price can't be beat - the food is always filling, delicious, and fresh. They're great about substituting veggies for those we're not able to eat, and they're always pleasant and prepare the food quickly! Sweet tea -still good. :) read more

Horrible customer service, my card was authorized 3 times and when I brought this issue to their attention the girl mentioned that this has happened numerous times... they have obviously been notified of this problem many times and have not resolved the issue. So if you order food from here using a card, check your bank statements!! read more

My kids and I went to jin jins and they were friendly, I ordered the general tso chicken and other stuff and they threw in crab ragoons for free, it was delicious. I would definitely come back when I get the chance! read more

They are utterly rude as ever! Back in the day was totally different. The customer service over the phone was horrible. The people in person was just as bad as they were in person. I guess because they are near the hood, they got to be rude. High bootleg Chinese food. read more

Very Disappointing! This used to be a good place with good food but not so much anymore. As I was sitting there waiting for my food ('15 minutes' turned out to be a half hour) I noticed how shabby and worn down the place has become. I don't think they've ever changed a thing in there since they opened. It really needs a refresh. It makes you wonder if the public area looks this way, what about the prep and cooking areas...? As to the food, to start, the egg rolls were mushy inside and like cardboard outside. I've had better frozen ones that you heat in the oven from the grocery store. Spring rolls were also mushy inside, but at least the wrapper was crispy. Neither of the rolls had very much filling inside, way more wrapper than anything. My standard 'go-to' is Egg Foo Young and it was also a big disappointment. The pork inside was way overcooked and hard and the very few veggies in there were mushy. The sauce or gravy that goes with the Foo Yong was just fair - it wasn't bad but nothing to praise either. The House Special Chow Mein was cooked OK so the veggies were still crisp, but unfortunately it was flavorless, they didn't put any sauce on it and there was no bag of crispy noodles included like it says on the menu. As for the accompanying "fried" rice...it is what it is all over around here...yellow..and bland..and not really fried. I had never seen yellow fried rice until I moved south. So all in all, I don't feel the food was good or worth the money, and it didn't satisfy my cravings. I don't do Chinese take-out very often, but so far, two out of four places in town I've re-visited lately left a lot to be desired. I'm hoping one of the remaining two will be better. And so, the quest continues... read more

3 stars cause it tastes just like China 1. Everything is the same, so either way you'll get the same food experience.

This place is really just terrible. We got lunch for four people the other day and it was mushy, flavorless, and tasted like it had been cooked hours before. I wouldn't recommend this place, even in your worst Chinese food cravings. read more

By far the best Chinese food I have tasted in the area. The beef and broccoli wasn't the greatest, the sauce was kind of bland but the rest of the meal more than made up for it. The boneless spare ribs are superb! I had the general tso's chicken and it was mouthwatering. Spring rolls were a little expensive for their size but not everything can be perfect. Will surely come here again. read more

I go at least once a week their chicken curry is fantastic and the have the best crab ragoons in Crestview.

Pretty good I really only eat the chicken wings and rib tips lol but they are the best I have had from any Chinese place.

I'm new to this area but, there are 'other' Jin Jin's that are very good, I have to agree with most other people here, the service is terrible, they keep you waiting if you don't tip them at time of order and the food is so far below average it's just sad! I was hoping for a good chinese restaurant here is crestview but, THIS IS NOT the place, what a pity! I hope someone takes over for this restaurant or they're not going to last with the kind of service and poor food quality they offer. The windows are filthy, the bathroom is disgusting. I tried this place for the first time yesterday. When I walked in I was immediately iffy on my decision to get my food here since the place was extremely dirty, but I order beef and broccoli and chicken chow mein. Today I was eating the leftover food I bought when I felt a sharp pain in my gums so I spit out in the napkin to find GLASS in my food. I freaked out and checked the rest and found another two pieces of blue glass. I called them to ask if I could get a refund or something to compensate for my bloody gums. When the man answered he spoke English fine. As soon as I complained about the glass he suddenly had no idea what I was saying and kept telling me to just order food. That was my first and LAST time ever eating here! read more
