I arrived at 9:30 and they close at 10. The first thing that they said was "we're closing soon so we have a limited menu. Would you like to hear what we have?" And I said "do you have orange chicken and lo mein?" And the response I got was "orange chicken is coming up but there's a bit of a wait and we only have fried rice".... Are you serious? So you're still cooking other things and you still have 30 minutes before you close, but yet you're only serving a portion of your menu? Thats absolutely outrageous to me. If that's the case, then you should be advertising that you're basically a bunch of lazy inconsiderate imbeciles. It makes absolutely no sense to completely change the services you're supposed to priced just because you close within the hour. Now what kind of Chinese Restaurant is this when they can't even serve plain white rice. Never reviewed order! I had to call the restaurant 3 times before they picked up the phone. I spoke with an employee that really had no clue what to say or even what to do. She told me to call Door Dash and gave me the drivers phone number. We called the number several times with no answer. We also found out that the food was supposedly dropped off and hand delivered to customer, as which was not the correct address. No help from Panda Express except a refund after speaking to them for 10 mins. Plus, Panda Express advised me to call Door Dash. I calledDoor Dash and they have no information with the order number, phone number or email. Door Dash said that I would have to call Panda Express directly. My rating hasn't changed. One full or even heaping scoop isn't enough for what you charge AT ALL. I've actually been told it's a cup and a half, but two full scoops makes more sense regarding the cost. This can actually INCREASE your sales because more people are going to go to Panda Express that have stopped going because of your small portion sizes. Give customers a REASON to want to visit your restaurant. In the meantime, we're good with going back to Jin Jin where you get amazing General Tso Chicken and Curry Chicken, two delicious dishes you don't make anyhow. I want to Give them a chance because everyone is smiling and working hard, despite all of all of the horribly rude and impatient customers. People need to understand this is new, and will get better. With that being said, my lunch (and my husbands dinner), were both ruined when halfway thru my Beijing Beef, I pulled a long black hair out of my food and Mouth. I've eaten Panda Express many times, but this location was awful. Chow Mein was flavorless and dry. Honey walnut shrimp had no glaze on it and the Orange chicken had lots of little hard pieces that I couldn't even bite. I think the cook forgot to finish the food. Very disappointed. I read all the reviews below and except for the first review I don't agree with the next ones. It's not expensive for the amount of good they give you. All the food is fresh and hot. I got the big plate that came with 1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles and three types of chicken. It was enough food for my wife and I to eat for $8.56. Give it a try for yourself! read more

This place sucks. Every time I come here they have nothing cooked and god forbid if it's an HOUR before closing, they won't make any other dishes. Everyone that works in the place is lazy, slow and makes zero effort to make the customer feel like a priority. I once stood for ten minutes watching some lady prep meal after meal after meal for online orders and not once did she stop and ask me what I wanted or even say hello and "sorry it'll be just a minute". We were excited to grab panda before heading home after a baseball game. We showed up at 8:45 and they close at 9. We went to go in the lobby but it was closed even though it said open on the hours and a sign saying lobby open, so we then went to order through the drive through they were out of most entrees so we left and went to Wendy's :). This is the worst experience I've had with panda. I regularly order the chow main and on occasion I've gotten a bigger cabbage to noodle ratio but this time was just ridiculous. It looks like I ordered cabbage with a side of noodle. I wish I could say I was exaggerating. I don't understand how they thought this was acceptable to give out to a customer. Terrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. I ordered my food online to avoid having to wait in line. But when I got there I was told my food wasn't ready even though it was 20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. The cashier kept me waiting for over 30 minutes just to grab a package that was sitting next to her the whole time I was there and it was my food. We went there tonight to grab something on the way home. New location and been open a short time you'd think food would be consistently fresh. Well no. The fried rice was overdone and like warm plus the entre portions I feel like we got shorted. Paying for a "premium" entre I'd expect better. I've patronized many Panda Express restaurants. Most of them have had service issues, truth be told. I went through the drive through of this one about 2 weeks after they opened. One of the items I wanted ran out, which is not uncommon at a Panda Express, and I was asked if I wanted to wait "five minutes" for the new batch to finish cooking. I said yes and was told to "find a parking space close to the building" and someone would bring my order to me. Long story short, I was forgotten about. After waiting and waiting, I called the restaurant from my car and when they discovered their snafu, which they never really acknowledged to me, they eventually brought me my food. The food would have been fine except that the noodles I ordered instead of getting rice this time, for the first time in ages, tasted freezer burned.I have discovered that this brand overall does not make it easy for you to leave the appropriate feedback that you might like to leave. Even though there is a little survey link listed on your receipt, when you go to that survey link it does not give you the opportunity to give the details that you may need to give about your specific visit. It is also difficult trying to speak to an actual person at a toll-free number. When I did find a number and call to leave my feedback, the person I spoke with did not seem very interested and I was never contacted by anyone from the local store or corporate level. This leads me to believe that the company doesn't care, which is unfortunate indeed. read more

We have been wanting to try Panda Express for some time now. Seeing that they are new location here in Crestview, it is extremely busy. We had a coupon for buy two entrees and get one free. We also ordered fried potstickers. When the food arrived, we only got one container. They combined all of our entrees into one???? Then when I asked if they were hiring, the girl was not sure and no manager was there. But when I went in to question are food order, I asked who the manager was and this girl told me they had two on the floor. To top it off my potstickers were steamed not fried. Ugh.
